RUN AWAY, DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM... When I was buying 2 of these I did not read the customer reviews, my error, I trusted Amazon allowing the statement that these were refurbished certified and that the seller seems to be DELL but the truth is that they are provided by what I guess is a Dell partner. One of the computers arrived with a scratch on the screen and the other crashed after configuring windows and did not started again. The worst part is that I shipped them to my brother in Costa Rica, but I do not know if Dell will take responsibility for this or my option is for my brother to try to fix them there. It is not worth to return them back to the SELLER

When I booted the computer out the box I got a Power Supply fan failure message. I hit F1 and continued through the error. I then ran diagnostics and confirmed that the power supply fan was bad. I checked the BIOS logs and low and behold the failure was recorded several times previous to my receiving the computer. This tells me that the computer was never looked at by a technician as the error is impossible to miss. It should not be that hard to replace a faulty power supply fan. Also windows was not activated. When I put the license key that was on the back of the computer in I was informed that this code was not valid. Looks like the OS was not the original one that came with the PC, did not receive a restore disk and wondering how difficult this is going to be to get the computer fixed or RMAd also wonder if the copy of Windows on there is a legal copy. Probably just going to ask for a refund and buy somewhere else.

Bought two of these for my company. Exactly as described except for a few more scratches than expected. Have not experienced any of the problems others have reported. They were packaged very well. They booted fine, and have been running well for over a month. These were clearly used, with some scratches on the face plate and a couple on the screens. The ones on the screen are completely oblivious when the monitor is on. The keyboard and mouse they provide are very cheap and flimsy and you will probably want to replace them. I just used by old ones. It says it didnt have a webcam, but it appears to have one. I havent tried it, but there is definitely a glass lens. Dont know if there is actually a camera behind the lens. This is not a touch screen. Speed and stability are great so far. Have not experienced a single crash. Only problem is trying to remote print from one computer to another, but that may just be a software download issue I have to figure out. Ordering 6 more today. Great bang for the buck if you dont mind a few scuffs. I recommend just getting the 4 yr square trade warranty for $36 bucks if you are concerned. That is what I am doing.

Dell Optiplex 9020 All In One FHD (1920 x 1080) Business pc that I purchased as refurbished for my personal use at home has more than I imagined. It is in almost brand new condition, the screen is scratch and mark, there are only a few almost undetectable marks on the back... The speeds of the pc and the amount of memory are more than most stock PCs and laptops. The screen is as large as a small TV....And the stock graphics are great. Could not be any happier.

I bought this computer and for 4 months now, i havent enjoyed it. It keeps tripping off every 5 mins and restarts itself. Very very bad.

The PC was supposed to have Wifi but it does not have it. So I needed to get a long Ethernet cable to be able to configure it. Moreover I have limitations as to where to place it because of the same problem.

I purchased 4 of these for our office and couldnt be happier. Very easy to set up.. extremely nice computers for the price. I was shocked at the bad reviews. These are GREAT computers and I will be purchasing more.

Product didn’t work after windows install. Tried to reach out to company just kept getting computer generated emails.
