Pretty good deal. Works as advertised. I didnt realize when I bought it that SFF meant "small form factor". So, for those of you that dont know, it means this computer is not as wide as a normal one.. and will require special PCI or PCI-E cards to fit in it. However, I used my tin snips to snip off the excess metal on my PCI and PCI-E card so that it would fit inside the case and it worked fine. NOT THE CARD ITSELF, just the metal thing that lets you mount it in your box.

Computer came with pci express covers missinf, no mouse, two of the memory slotts are defective, and no coa with windows. This item is not referbished. It looks like it came off of someones desk s]and shipped. Buyer beware. This people are trying to rip you off.

This is my second purchase of this item. Both work perfectly well with clean boots of windows 7 and no reliability issues. The 1st had 64 bit, the new one 32bit. I hope the windows 7 version of this item remain available as I HATE Windows 10. The constant manditory updates and incompatability with older programs plus its ability to slow down a modern computer will continue to lead me to windows 7. The last great microsoft OS. Check with SJ computer to make sure of what OS is going to be delivered is my only caution. Thanks SJ for a great little PC and a good price.

Good day to day use PC but I would recommend an Optiplex 7010 for its inclusion of USB 3.0 ports if the price isnt too far off. Because of the 4 RAM slots, Ive upgraded the memory to 16GB (note that you cant use ram with huge fins like G.Skill Ripjaws, but low-lying heatspreaders on the RAM clears with ease) and plan to use it as a game server for Minecraft and a few Steam games like Dont Starve Together.

Computer was boxed in foam which was inside a large box that was inside another large box. Protected way beyond what was needed, but better to be over protected than under protected. Computer is an i5 and is exactly as described (read the questions area), so no surprises. I knew what I was ordering. Windows 7 booted up and after entering the provided license key was authenticated with Microsoft. I am using this computer to replace an older computer that can not handle my 8 security cameras. This computer is running at 30% CPU where the previous computer it replaced was constantly pegged at 100% CPU. Security software being run is Blue Iris for those curious about the application being used. Im very pleased with the purchase. The price is extreamly reasonable for what I received. There are only minor marks on the outside of the case. Inside is spotless.

Received my computer after several days of confusion and additional expense with UPS. I had it inspected, software loaded and brought it home to use. It worked well for several days and then quit. I have yet to find out what the problem is. I had anticipated more than a few days use before its demise. Im incredibly disappointed and a little embarrassed with my purchase. The one star is for getting the order correct. Im sure my $200.00 doesnt mean much to Amazon. Let this buyer beware.

Perfectly acceptable refurbish. Had problems getting Windows Update to work, but a Windows fixit download took care of that. Functions perfectly now. Great value for under $200. Came with a USB keyboard and mouse.

I purchased this computer as an upgrade for my daughter to replace an old Pentium 4 unit with the XP operating system before the announced end of support for XP by Microsoft on April 8th; also deduced that if I wanted to get a computer with Windows 7 and avoid the widely-hated Windows 8, I had better do it now before all new computers were only available with Windows 8. This computer surpassed my expectations. It is a 3-year-old corporate lease return, but looks flawless as if new -- not a single scratch or other mark anywhere, and its performance is excellent. The only glitch was that the apparently new Dell keyboard originally shipped with the computer was missing one of the legs used to elevate it in the back, but a quick e-mail to the seller received a quick and courteous response apologizing for the oversight and promising to ship a replacement keyboard, which arrived 2 days later. If it were possible I would give this seller and product more than 5 stars, as both are far above average expectations in this sort of a purchase.
