Packaging and Set-up: the selling company did a great job packaging everything and there were no issues with shipping. The computer and peripherals all came undamaged and worked great. The Windows Activation Key was clear and worked 1st time when entered in. DisplayPort worked well when hooked up to my TV. I dont think there are any concerns that youll not receive a working, well packaged computer. Misadvertising: While I feel like the computer I received was a value, I have concerns with the advertising of this product given what I got. The advertising mention the computer having a HMDI port and 8 GB of Ram; the unit I received did not have an HDMI port (which is OK, DisplayPort-to-HDMI just required a separate cable purchase) and had 6 GB of Ram. The Ram is a major concern only because that was a deciding factor between this unit and cheaper units.

The computer works well but I got scammed out of 4gb when I bought the 8 gb size. This really bothers me because the computer runs extremely slow now that the seller stole the 4gb stick from my pc. WTH

They dumped a non-working base of a PC into a box with no keyboard or mouse. After turning it on, no output was detected on the Display Port port. Then, they want me to pay for shipping back and a 20% restocking fee! Outrageous.

My plex media server went down do I ordered this as a cheap replacement. I have to say wow! This sucker is small! Keep that in mind this is a modular PC you can pop open the case easy peasy and each part has a switch or handle to pop that component right out. Was able to swap hard drives in less than 2 minutes with zero screwdriver needed! Came with a keyboard and mouse and a n+ wireless adapter as a nice treat. Box was well packaged and secured and the system even had that "new PC" smell to it. Very happy with my purchase so lets see how long I can make it last!

Hello, I am a college student who just need a basic (with a huge emphasis being basic), affordable computer. My uses: streaming videos (youtube and netflix), microsoft office products like word and powerpoint, and surfing the web. This does all of that at a very fast pace. The computer does not slow down and loads videos and pages really fast. The intel core i5 is a fast processor, and the 8 gb ram helps me with multitasking and having 20 tabs open without everything freezing constantly. That said, I received everything in the description, the correct processor, the 8 gb ram, the 250 GB space, the dvd disc slot, and etc. Side note: This is not a gaming computer. I did not intend to use this for gaming so this does not matter to me. The graphics card is EXTREMELY weak for gaming. Playing over watch at the LOWEST settings will give me 30 FPS and League of legends at the LOWEST settings will give me 40 FPS. I play those games rarely so it does not bother me. Overall summary: If you are on a budget, and you just need to get school work done and some netflix/youtube, this is perfect for you. If you are looking for something that can handle that PLUS gaming and video editing, or any other special feature, this is not the computer for you.

Received the Dell desktop in a tightly secured box with foam packaging inside. Got a nice free keyboard and mouse too! Before I turned the computer on, I had to scurinize the appearence. The outside looks very clean with no dust, no dirt and no scratches. I easily flipped the desktop open to look inside. It is super clean! I couldnt tell if the parts were refurbished. I turned the desktop on and I thought it was broken because I cant even hear the fan! The fan is super quiet! It came preloaded with Windows 10 as advertised. Being a girl, I for sure thought I will have problems when I boot up. It even came with simple instructions to setup the computer. Then only 5 minutes later, Windows 10 was all set and ready to use LOL !!! This establishment is absolutely customer oriented. I felt that they really gave alot of thought before selling stuff to customers. This is a very well deserved 5 star review. Thank you Klamp Electronics for making my day! Product arrived really fast with Prime. Product is exactly as shown in the picture. I will highly recommend this product to all my friends and family. I will definitely buy from KLAMP Electronics again!

First of all, I normally order from my computer but since it died, I had to get the Amazon shopping App for my phone. I could not get all the details about what I was ordering. I was surprised when I got it to find it is a refurbished computer. The one that just died was also refurbished. I was disappointed that I didnt see any mention of it being refurbished when I found it via my phone. But so far so good. I will be disappointed if it shoots craps like the other one did...while I purchased it a few years ago in anticipation of my old one breaking, I had just set it up two days before it died...well, the power went off when I was online and it blew out all the drivers for the internet and the sound system. That one was a refurbished HP...this one is a Dell. Crossing my fingers.

Product arrived a day later then it was supposed to, but that was UPSs fault as the house has been here for 90+ years and they try to tell me that it doesnt exist. Pretty solidly packed, most of the computer case was pristine but the removable panel was scuffed up like it had been dragged across rocks. Didnt really matter to me as it is a refurbished and it was going to be hiding under a desk anyway. First thing I did was pop out the hard drive (pretty tight in there, pop in a 2nd Sata cable, and put a larger mechanical drive in for storage and a SSD in as primary. The SSD is going to have to hang loose as there is no way to connect it to the frame. I managed to get mine in between the hard drive and the bottom of the hard drive cage so it only had a little wiggle room. If it is too tight for you, due to how the 2nd sata power connector is, getting a sata-> 2 sata power adaptor will help (6-inch SATA Power Y Splitter, 1 male to 2 female ) will help. Other then that, no other problems.

This was what I thought going to be great but there is no card to set up the operating system. It came with instructions to use a card to put windows 10 on the computer but when it was opened after Christmas I was bery disappointed to find out I bought a box of metal. Wasted my money on this because the seller has not contacted me back. Update seller just got back to me Say I have to call there tech people

This product is supposed to be refurbished. I just started it up and it unresponsive. Programs such as windows defender, internet and many other will not open. With out restarting the computer
