The computer arrived on-time, operated fine, but had Windows home in lieu of professional and the key code wouldnt validate. The vendor provided a key code which migrated and installed professional, but the key code still wouldnt validate. Finally called Microsoft myself and was able to finally resolve the issue. Computer runs great, but it was a bit of a hassle getting it up and running.

Perfect computer except no DVR R/W which was easily remedied by getting a $25 USB 3.0 DVD R/W here on Amazon. Cant beat the price. I was able to use my old monitor since this computer had a VGA video port. Very fast! Many sellers for this computer and Im glad I paid a few bucks more and bought from "Tech with me".

If youre a dinosaur like me, and you want to stick with Windows 7 - this is certainly a great option. I dont do any gaming - and very little streaming on this computer; but I use it daily for internet, banking, financials, etc.. - and it works perfectly. May actually buy a spare to have on hand when this one slows down in a few years.

Computer would not boot. After 2 hours attempting to get it to boot, then about 2 hours in the Amazon Support Chat over 2 days, it was decided it would have to be returned for a refund. I did more than several hours of research and believed I had chosen a highly rated refurbished supplier – Skytech USA LLC, and it came with Windows 7 Pro. It is obvious the computer was NOT test before it was shipped to me. I’m very disappointed that I wasted my time on a refurbished computer. Since this computer would have replaced my Dell purchased,13-year old Dimension E310 with Windows XP Home, that has never failed, I will most likely just order another brand new computer directly from Dell and learn Windows 10. I will not buy another refurb and I cannot recommend Skytech USA LLC as a source. The Amazon Chat Support was excellent.

They did a great job refurbishing the computer. It actually looks new, and after a few months it still works perfectly. Clearly a purchase I don’t regret, and a seller i’ll Keep in mind.

Ive had the machine for a few days now and everything seems to be perfect. Looked like new when I unpacked it, the operating system was Windows 7 Pro just as advertised and processing time is very quick. The original manufacturing date was five years ago so well how long it lasts, but initial impressions couldnt be better. Great machine at a reasonable price.

Came out of the box looking brand new and runs that way too! I would like to say “make sure you buy a WiFi antenna for the tower” otherwise you won’t be able to connect the the internet! Wish I had known that before I tried to set it up but a quick run to Wally World and I was connected and surfing!

This Dell 7010 works good and does what it is supposed to do. It has LibreOffice 5.3 which is very much like Excel. It does what I need and I am well pleased with it.

Love Windows 7 and this PC is terrific. Very fast and runs perfectly. I swapped in a 500GB SSD (Samsung - $73).
