I installed for a friend who has never really had a decent computer. Though the included keyboard and mouse are cheap (we used his older/better ones), the computer itself runs fast and smooth and quiet. One big deal was that he already had a gift from a friend of a long used, free, huge TV monitor, showing some pixel fatigue - faint burned in shadows visible slightly on blank screens. It looked very mediocre running on the old computer and old graphics card. Once the new Dell was up and running it was like a miracle. Suddenly the tired old monitor looked like HD TV! Very nice display and operation with the Inspiron. Actually I just bought a fine Viewsonic 28" 4K monitor and I am jealous of his old Dell TV monitor running on the Inspiron, which is 1/5th the cost of my Studio XPS 9100 system I paid over $2400 for 6 years ago (w/o monitor). The only irritant was with Windows 10 (which I really like generally). It took forever to download upgrades before I could start using the Inspiron. I would have thought Dell would ship with latest Windows w/o a need to wait 1.5 hours for download/installation just of upgrades.

The computer loads and starts up very fast, downloads pages quickly, and all my sites seem to be performing faster. No long waits for data to down load and it is compatible with current software. It also came with a simple keyboard and optical mouse that meets all my needs. I should have upgraded from Vista sooner.

Exactly as advertised. Excellent hardware. Worst part is MicroSoft Windows 10, which is horrible operating system (not sellers fault). I immediately upgraded to Linux, and this machine flies! Fastest computer I ever owned. Best price available on the internet at time of purchase.

Graphics card failed in less than 3 months. Could have bought new for what it cost to fix. I would not recommend this refurbished product, spend a little more and buy new.

Unfortunately the unit delivered to me had only 4 gs of memory and it was advertised as 12. I could have sent it back but decided to keep it and they refunded me $30.00 which I agreed to and then added memory myself. I probably should have gotten the more expensive unit and would have been better off. Otherwise I am happy with it.

Worked perfectly out of the box. Very speedy. Very quiet, fans and hard drive not audible at typical working distance.

Computer came on time and worked out of the box. Loaded and installed all my programs and data in under a day. With 1 TB hard drive I can work off the drive and use the 6 TB server as a backup as intended. My computer is set to and does backup new data or programs with in an hour. Comparable to computers at twice the price.

Box was previously opened, shady when sold as new. No issues so far, but if i didnt need to get this set up ASAP, i would have returned it instead of rolling the dice. I WILL update this in a while if it stays working properly, but 3 stars is the best i can give until then.
