I was really hesitatant to purchase this based on one of the reviews, very glad I decided to give it a chance as I am very happy with the purchase. The machine appeared brand new out of the box and still had all the protective plastics on it. The first boot was a little slow but thats common when Windows runs its first time setup. The screen is amazing, out of the box it was perfect without any tweaking, its bright but not hard on the eyes, while also having great color and contrast. The sound is pretty good for built in speakers, it isnt tinny but you can only get so much out of small drivers. The wireless card has excellent reception and worked well connecting to my AC access points, didnt really do any speed tests but browsing the web and updates were quick with no disconnects or signal drops. The touch screen is accurate and responsive I was surprised how much I use it when I initially found myself using it when I initially had no interest in its functionality. I did eventually replace the hard drive with an SSD, this was supprisingly simple as the case is easy to take apart and service (Great engineering by Dell). Overall very happy with the purchase, makes a great computer where you dont have a lot of space.

This Dell all in one is beautifully engineered and designed with the full functionality of a traditional desktop. The i5 7th generation processor is very fast. Set-up with Windows 10 was easy with very few steps requiring additional internet searches. I was surprised that the set up with my Brother MFC printer went well and fast too, as it can be a bit cranky. The picture is bright and clear and I look forward to using its touch screen capabilities once it fully dawns on me that it is just like my tablet. With 1 TB of storage I wont likely ever fill it up. Im convinced this is a great computer and with Dells record of reliability, per Consumer Reports, Im going to buy a second one for my wife. I dont see how one can go wrong with this Dell.

Beautiful to look at... wonderful to use. Set-up was so user friendly. Even syncing my email account was a breeze! I thought I would have to fill in all sorts of info, but nope. I entered email address and password, and in 15 seconds, everything was set up correctly and all my mail loaded. Really fast and so far, just a pleasure to operate.

I purchased this computer it was defective upon arrival would not stay on Ordered it again and the second one turned on then beeped 8 times indicating it too was defective. Amazon was great took it back twice. I will stay with a laptop
