I’m an IT service provider and I buy many of these a year. IMHO, they are the best bang for the buck in desktop workstations. I’ve had zero quality issues and they present well to users, many of whom use them on their sides under monitors.

Computer came packaged very well in all Dell Boxes and packaging. Included was a keyboard, Mouse, and power cord. I opened it up and the RAM is provided with a single stick. The SSD sits in a removable holder that also has enough room to hold a standard Hard Drive, BUT there are only 2 SATA ports available on the motherboard. This means you have to chose what your second SATA port will be used for. My PC utilizes a Disk Drive for my second SATA port and I’m ok with that. I can always disconnect the Disk drive if I want to add a second Hard Drive/SSD. Processor is very fast, and she boots up QUICK! I’m very happy with this machine. Would buy again.

Impressive little machine. Snappy, and with virtually no bloatware, which is a nice change. Dual video outputs are nice. Great for office workstation or, in our application, a basic web-streaming setup.

Simple setup and the SSD is the way to go specially for reboots.

Very stable and fast system. I really like these Optiplex Small Form Factor Dell systems! Theyre just the right size. Theyre fast, stable and reliable. What more can you ask for? What you say? You want cheaper? Go buy an eMachine then! Oh, wait...sorry theyre out of business! Okay, then get an Acer. This system is for people that just want it to work. And, if you happen to have a problem (and I have had problems with Dell systems before--but only because I buy at least 20 every month). Dell is Johnny on the spot! I cant recall a time that Ive been unhappy with the support that Ive received from Dell. Theyre amazing! Like Amazon! Any problems..just call em...one and done! So, stop wasting time and just buy this thing! You dont need to shop anymore. This is the one you want. This is the one you NEED!
