This is a great PC and the price was even better. This is my 2nd CyberpowerPC purchased via Amazon. Both PCs had build issues. This one has a bad fan on the water cooler radiator. All in all, Im happy. Im certain that support will take good care of me. *** UPDATE *** I was wrong, support didnt take good care of me. They offered a fan replacement, however I had to ship the bad fan (or the entire PC) back first. If it was a simple case fan, not an issue, however its the CPU cooler fan. Since it was RGB and worth more than $10 it cant be advanced shipped. They offered to send me a "regular" fan in advance. The PC works fine, and Ill replace the fan on my own. Its just frustrating that this is the way that support handled it. For this reason, they drop from 4 stars to 3.

The computer works great and is definitely a good deal for the money. However, it seems they chose low quality lights. The upper lights and two of the fans didnt work. It also looks like one of the fans isnt working correctly. I traced what wires I could and everything looks properly connected but definitely seems lazy. If the issue gets resolved Ill change my review but just a warning to anyone expecting 100% quality.

Install Flash Player First impressions were positive. System was packaged very well, and it looked very nice inside and out. Wires and cables all neatly tucked away. Got it setup, software/drivers installed, everything patched. Nice led lighting aesthetics. Ran some benchmarks and the system breezed through them. Thats when I first noticed a problem. A clicking noise coming from what sounded like the rear fan. Tried out a few games and again the system handled them effortlessly. As the system warmed up or was under heavy load that clicking noise would grow louder and louder. It varies in intensity from mildly annoying to almost louder than the volume of whatever game I am playing. I contacted Cybpowerpc and chatted with a support tech. I sent over a view videos of the pc while it was making that noise. He said they are sending me out a replacement fan. Once I get that installed if that takes care of the problem I will update my review and rating. Until that time I cant justify a higher rating. Update Feb. 13th - I have been without the use of my my since January 11th. If I could change my rating to negative stars I would. Not because it is a bad PC or anything but due to my follow up experience with support from Cyberpowerpc. The part that was causing the problem was the CPU cooler. A pump issue they said. When I contacted support they said I had to send in the defective part before they would ship out the replacement. The other option was to send in my whole PC. I sent the part back to them. When I received the replacement part they did not include everything needed to get it set back up on my PC(certain screws, mounting on the cooler to attach to the motherboard bracket, etc....). I contacted support to let them know, I emailed back the techs I had worked with, and I sent pictures of what was sent. I have not heard any response back and it has been a few days. They had the items I shipped back so they know exactly what I had. Why send back the wrong or incomplete items back?? Now I have to wait again for the rest of the items to be able to install the cooler to be able to use my PC.

I would love to give a 5 star review, but unfortunately I got a lemon. After receiving, I immediately started downloading my favorite games, and then set up my newly purchased Oculus Rift. Within a few hours of VR I heard a very loud grinding, metallic clinking sound coming from the desktop. I thought the thing was going to explode, so I shut down the PC and checked the fans, the 3 RBG fans seemed good as did the GPU Fans. Im guessing I had a bad CPU Fan, because soon after my PC would randomly shut itself off. I downloaded Open Hardware Monitor and saw my CPU Core Temp at 110 Celcius and according to AMD, 95 degrees should be maximum for Ryzen 7. This was over the weekend and CyberPower support is closed, I could have gotten a replacement but after some point I realized I was doing more troubleshooting than Gaming, so I decided to return. I will probably build my own PC, even though I have never done it, somehow I feel Ill be better off than getting another of these sketchy prebuilds. At least Ill know no corners were cut.

I brought this pc on cybermonday when it was at its lowest price. I expected great things from cyberpower but this time it didnt turn out well. Lets start by the basics, great packaging no worries about the tempered glass breaking in delivery. This thing is heavy enough to not be thrown but light enough so that one person can carry it with a little effort. Whats inside: A low quality gaming keyboard (feels cheap) A middium quality gaming mouse (feels like a professional one only that its way lighter) Some driver DVDs, a power cord, some paper and of course the tower The tower is very well packaged between a big layer of foamy material (a good one) inside of it is filled up with a chuck of contained expandable foam. After taking out the tower, dont plug it inmediatly because theres a chance of thing getting out of place or shitty build. mine looked great on the out side but when I opened it up the hard drives and ssds where out of place. I was shocked and proceed to inspect more. the result was, the drive bay is damaged. I contacted tech-support but no answers at all so I decided to fix it myself since it wasnt a great deal and of course not a over 100 bucks pc part. I took it out and was surprised at how easily those things bents. well at the end its fix and everything runs smoothly. Pros: -Very good build at this price point, you cant built one at this price unless you go for the low quality manufacturers. -Excellent packaging -Good RGB fans and ventilation is good -Plug and play Cons: -Not very responsible builting quality -No customer support at all -I was lucky none components was faulty -Mouse and keyboard is cheap Some tech information The motherboard is aorus gigabyte I dont know what. Only one sata 3 slot left to upgrade storage, No display cable included. power cord is short. drives and power supplies are on the bottom. there are two bays of HHD and two for ssd. (they put the ssd in one of the HHD bays idk why). Windows 10 with no Microsoft office. No games included (you cant claim the nvidia card free games either because you dont have the original packaging of the card) gigabyte RTX2070 1 hdmi 3 dp port 1 type-c. 600w power supply. Chinese idk ram, 2x8 gb, 2 more slots for upgrade. tempered glass on the size and front (looks very nice) RGB fans with controller with unused plugs to put on more Leds. connector of led is easily detached be careful with that.

Trying to assemble the computer, my husband picked up the glass side and while he was just simply holding it, it shattered onto a ton of pieces. Instantly cut his hands up, blood and glass everywhere. Unless you want a giant mess, I would not recourhis computer. It is obviously built terribly.

I purchased this pre-built PC because of the CPU and GPU. Once unpacked it, I opened it up and removed the expandable filling, and made sure all components seated correctly. The cables are all tidy in the tight space. CONS: There is only room for 2 HD and 2 SSD in the case. The MB is miniATX and only 4 SATA connectors. The powerful GPU takes up a lot of room, and covers the 4th SATA plug so you have to unseat the GPU, and then use a 90 Degree Right Angle SATA cable for that one. The SSD was installed in the HD bay, so I had to relocate that, and that was not simple, due to the tight fit and all the cables. Plastic HD drive trays are flimsy. RGB fans - too much bright light can distract. No optical drive door (though I knew this when I bought it). I dont consider the SSD/HD cons, they are good mid-range components. Same for X370MB. PROS: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 and has liquid cooler. GeForce RTX™ 2070 GPU is nice, and has a USB-C connector that you can use for a monitor output. Can change or turn off RGB lights via remote control. MB has an M2 open slot, so can always get a drive for that. Has a Wireless Dual Band PCI Express Card Overall a low noise PC, and performs really well, as I expected it to.

For the price tag, this is a great buy. It came neatly packaged with all of the necessary instructions and peripherals. The PC is aesthetically pleasing and started up without any issues. It would be a challenge to build a PC with these components for the same price!

Computer came just as described, the machine will do everything I hoped it would and saved me time a headaches of building my own. I would recommend to any of my friends.

The system itself specs wise was a great buy for the money. I bought two of these machines on the same order, one for me one for the wife. One of the boxes has been previously opened and then closed with a different tape. In that system there were several things missing, and also a broken Hard drive tray. I thought it was just screws missing on the tray but was told that it should hold the drive without screws. I see that there are tabs broken off now and said so in the email. I could tell what was missing because of having a second exact system to open it beside. I called cyberpowerpc customer support and talked to a rep who said to send him an email with pictures and he would get back to me. I sent those pictures to the email he provided me with on Nov 27th, 6 days ago, and have yet to hear anything. Not even an acknowledgement of my email with the pictures he requested. Based on that I would say their support leaves a lot to be desired. The drives arent in the system straight, wont stay in place, and so Ill either find a cage for the drive or Ill have to come up with something else to secure them. EDIT Dec 5 2018: I emailed the same email to the techteam@cyberpowerpc and have been waiting for a response from there. The response time from CP is really bad and Ill have to reconsider the rating if I dont get an answer within 48 hours. Support means a lot in tech buys.
