Well...here it is a year and a half later.took me awhile to get to this one. First off,its not a gaming /video editing pc...forget any illusions of that. Second, get an internal ssd for it(put a terabyte in mine)and dl windows onto a flash drive, then boot from the flash drive and load it onto the ssd so thats your boot drive(youll thank me for this info) otherwise windows will eat all 32 of the included memory and youll be miserable. Now to the good stuff...for what it is this little beauty is amazing.I mean really.it can be your media center, for browsing, kids schoolwork, just general use...4k tv?yep.it does it.streaming?yea its fast as your internet.tons of usb ports for external memory/devices .honestly I love it.what I dont like is how my vga port went out 6 months ago...but I use HDMI for the most part anyways.I mean its held up almost 2 years..in pc time thats forever anymore and is still just as fast as when I got it(and it is quick for general stuff/media) Yea these things have their downsides but in all honesty for what theyre geared for?they rock.its that simple. Want a powerhouse?build a gaming rig ..want something to do everyday computing tasks,be a media center, emulator(or all of the above?)..this is your guy.its silent.doesnt get hot,and you can mount it,or tuck it away easily.bottom line id buy again..but id go with the 8g ram version tbh..when it does bog down it seems thats where the issue lies,in the 4 gigs of ram.

With the Chipset configuration setting, Linux can be loaded easily. Windows is then removed permanently, but that is OK. Good job Azulletech! It would be nicer if there were reasonably priced options for 64GB disk and 8GB RAM.

Very happy with this pc.great design and very upgradable. It performs better than I expected for the specs and the price. I would buy again at the drop of a hat. I installed a 256gb m2 hard drive for about $50 and got a usb c hub and I am good to go. I also added a keyboard mouse combo because the remote is just,ok. While the 8gb model would pack more power, the 4gb is fine for what I am using this pc for. I am not much of a gamer so 4gb are more than enough. If you game a lot I recommend you get the 8gb model. For music, video watching, and lite office work this is more than enough pc.

Best, fastest mini-PC for under $200. I originally ordered the Z83-F for $180 with the x5-Z8350 but this is at least twice as fast. It is perfect for productivity with email, Microsoft office, web browsing, and multitasking. Mine actually shipped with the J3455 processor instead of the N3450 processor, but both are much faster than the x5-Z8350 processor. PC is super quiet and I love the fanless design. The four USB ports are useful and it even has a USB C port! The footprint is as small as it gets. I keep the antenna down to make it lower profile and it works great. Would purchase again.

Well, Im fairly impressed by the performance for the cost and size of this little box. The biggest disappointment was that the 120GB M.2 SSD that I bought and installed didnt work. I got the flashing blue/red power light. After I uninstalled it, it booted up just fine. I tried reinstalling it again after Windows was setup, but no dice. I ordered a SATA 2.5" SSD to replace it. Hopefully, it will work okay. I think the internal SSD is a bit slow in comparison to other SSDs. Other than that, the overall performance is quite good. I was tempted to buy a Chrome Box instead, but I really needed to be able to run some specialized music/recording software. I also like to play a little Minecraft occasionally. Surprisingly, it actually plays the game fairly respectably. Update: Purchased and installed a 120GB SATA SDD its working well. Downloaded the Windows Media Creation Tool, and used it to create a bootable USB flash drive. Then, I reinstalled Windows on the new drive. Make sure you create a Microsoft account, and link your digital Windows 10 Pro license before you try this.

Just what I’ve been looking for. Quick boot, plays streaming sources perfectly at 4K / 60fps, good wi-fi reception, useful as a standard Windows 10 system. I’m even using it to transfer LP vinyl via USB to mp3. The remote controller is only useful to turn the unit on and off; you need a keyboard and mouse once the unit powers up. If you have any questions they are quick to answer.

So far I am quite pleased. Purchased to update my entertainment center. Plug in this little jewel and go with your Live login. Storage is cramped so keeping previous versions of Windows after an update may cause an issue if you store audio/video files locally without adding additional storage. I was slow getting around to streaming content to the television as Comcast has so much on Demand. Switched to Uverse and the series I was interested in were no longer on demand but were available to be streamed. My television had no internet connectivity so hence the Byte 3. It works quite well at streaming content. It is also a convenient interface at the entertainment center for my digital music and amplifier.

I bought computer to fill a need for a small business that needs to use it for productivity, internet browsing, and some music streaming. It is the perfect fit for this purpose. One of the overwhelmingly positive points for me was that there was NO BLOATWARE (unnecessary software pre-installed). My setup took less than 30 minutes. I am really impressed. I am not currently planning on installing the extra hard disk space, but its nice to know the option is there. First impression is 5 star all the way.

Ive only used it for one day but it is a very nice little computer. So far it has been very quick to load and run programs. The Edge browser is much better than the old Explorer, quicker, more responsive, and better integrated. This is my first time on a Windows machine in many years and it did take a good amount of time for Windows to update so be prepared for that. This little Byte 3 is scary quiet! So far I am very impressed with the Byte3 and Windows 10 but again it has been only one day.

The setup was simple. Take it out of the box, hook it up, and go. I got this with a new monitor, etc., for my mom to replace an old desktop that gave up the ghost. Once everything was connected we turned it on. Directions for starting Windows 10 came on screen and were easy to follow. Speedy for daily tasks and videos. Perfect for those who dont mind operating in the cloud and dont have high computing demands.
