This is a great all-in-one computer which had everything I was looking for at a price I liked. Im not going to go crazy providing specs or anything since you can get that anywhere. What I will say is the screen size and clarity is great. The camera is hidden in a little pop-up tab on top of the monitor. A nice touch for those afraid of hackers gaining control of their cameras. The installed speakers are more than enough. Things I dont like are the fact that the keyboard and mouse take up a USB slot despite the pc having USB. It is also a little loud. Ill admit I am in a hot office, so the fan is on often. So I will be addressing the office heat soon, but still, it is a little loud for my tastes. I had an issue with the OS installation. The gist of it is that they installed Windows 10 Pro but used a Windows 10 home license. This affected activating the OS and customizing the pc, and who knows what else. I didnt bother to find out so I called amazon. They gave me a refund for the OS amount so I could uy and install a new one. That was great, BUT the inconvenience. I mean, damn. I dont know if this is common for pc buyers of Amazon, but its what happened to me. Good thing is, Amazon responded with great customer service and care as usual. This is what made me buy the pc here at Amazon as opposed to some of the other reputable dealers.

Pros- Huge screen -good picture - works very well at first -breeze to install -fairly lightweight easy to transport -Key board, mouse, 2 in one computer + monitor, all inclusive package Cons -It is very slow sometimes (the computer responding to my clicks and typing, not the internet), I think the slowness started when I added a second user account doesnt seem able to keep up with too many applications running/more than one user. -Camera placement is too low on the monitor

Picked this up specifically because it has the best specifications Ive found to date on an all in one and I have a small desk area. I have one extremely minor complain and that is the power cord sticks out about an inch when plugged in which does take away from some of the space I have. Overall though the machine runs perfectly, it uses a single very small diameter power cord, makes no fan noise and I have not heard any feedback as one other user posted.

Beautiful machine and strong hefty screen.. And that’s it because when I bought it, it was defective out the box and wouldn’t turn on at all when I set it up.. Had to return for a refund... I really liked that machine so to be fair, I won’t rate it any stars because I never got to see what it could do..

Bought this to replace my mom’s old desktop. She is 97 and in an assisted living apartment where space is at a premium. She loves to work her crosswords, check email, create an occasional Word doc. The MS10 facial recognition login works flawlessly and, with the touchscreen, the ease of use exceeds expectations. Of course, she amazes staff and friends with this al-in-one.
