I spent a lot of time researching for a good work computer. I decided to go with an all in one because of the decent footprint. The monitor is beautiful, crisp and bright. Everything worked great right out of the box. Cortina talked her way into setting everything up. I knew going in that there were only 4 usb ports (2-2.0 and 2-3.0) and I would need more 2.0 for my work add ons, so I ordered a backwards compatible usb hub at the same time. it plugged in and worked just great out of the box. After all the windows updates, it was good to go, no heavy bloatware, its super quiet, fast too. No this isnt a gamers computer, but it handled 8 open internet windows, google drive sync. and it cut some vinyl at the same time. Acer has been good to us, so I expect this to stay in line.

I purchased this 3 weeks ago and I wanted to use it before I reviewed it. I use it for my home business and Im amazed at the speed, and picture quality it has for the friendly price. I wasnt expecting it to be so awesome for $600. I use photo software and the picture quality just amazes me everyday when Im working on a project. The speed of the PC on and off the internet is lightning, and even with programs running in background and with 8, 10, 12 tabs open at once on the internet dont seem to slow it at all. If youre looking for a nice quality desktop(All-in-one) thats fast, and with an amazing display thats huge at an affordable price, then this is the one. I wasnt compusated in any way for this review, and seldom do I ever give this type of review, but when I feel like I got an awesome deal and a product above what I was expecting, that performs above my expectations, then I want to share my results with others who may benefit from my review.

Did Not Receive Full Equipment. No USB device for mouse & keyboard, so I used my own. Would like partial refund and will return keyboard and mouse as my old ones are better.

I purchased based on the ratings and the features but, was very disappointed with the performance. All seemed well initially, not as fast as expected but, tolerable. Then a simple win 10 automatic update took 2 hours (it took 2 min on another pc). I restored to a factory state twice with no improvement in performance. Since all of the reviews were positive I may have just received a lemon.

I bought one to test for a new clinic I am opening. It worked beautifully so I ordered four more for some of the workstations in the clinic. At this point, I have tested two of the five computers Ive ordered and I hate to report that the second one I tested is a complete dud. Even after updating, restarting, etc., it freezes even with the simplest tasks such as opening excel, etc. It is disappointing because I am now needing to test all of the computers and have to do so in a quick fashion so as to not exceed the return deadline which is looming. The good: Sleek design. Great Price. Light weight and moderately portable. The bad: No touch feature. For an AIO, this is a missed opportunity. No ability to mount. Again, for an AIO, this feature should be standard, especially paired with touch. The display is good but not great. This would be perfect for working (so long as youre not editing digital files or designing IE Photoshop). Its very basic. Not very vibrant. Not good if youre using for entertainment (videos, gaming) or as I said, design. The ugly: Unreliable. So far, 50% of the computers Ive tested are duds. Admittedly, this is a small sample size. I will update this review if this turns out to be unfair. If the other four work, Ill likely complete the clinic using these computers. The conclusion: Buyer beware. This computer is basic and based on my small sampling and other reviews, some are dysfunctional. If you happen to get a good one and need this for basic use (no touch or mounting), this actually would be a perfect match for your needs. My clinic needs reliability which makes this a poor choice. However, if we could ignore the one that didnt work and lets say the others are all great, this will be perfect for our needs. We really dont need amazing graphics or a powerhouse computer. The limitations on features (touch, mountability) does limit our use. This would be amazing if it were touch and mountable as we would be able to use this in our patient/provider interaction station. We have a tablet solution for this, however, and it will be a great alternative.

Love this PC...its everything I need, except...I forgot to note that it has no CD/DVD drive. I had to buy one, but that arrived today, its very small, and works perfectly.

The unit was really big and startup seem kind a slow. Had problems the unit would crash and problems with Intel USB controller trying to assign extra drive letter automatically E:? Or G: to recovery partition. Looks like a Windows 10 ver 1803 from other online sites.

At least once a week since purchase the network connection fails after the computer wakes. Usually after running trouble shooter it will connect. Sometimes it takes several efforts - including rebooting the modem/router. Today after spending nearly an hour, I had to connect with a ethernet cable. Also seems slower than the 7 year old Sony all-in-one it replaced (only opinion, not measured). POS!!! 6/19/19 After getting pc back from Acer repair, the problem is continuing. I am now connected with a ethernet cable and sometimes still need to trouble shoot to connect. Tried to trouble shoot pc, restarted pc and pc returned to factory settings. Restarted and a message automatic repair was starting - then it shut down. After retrying several times I got to a screen that allowed me to reset the pc to and earlier time. Talked with rep about problem and he said to download Media Creation Tool and reinstall Windows. Tried that and got the message: "This PC cant be upgraded to Windows 10". Chat on line with another rep who said to return for repairs (again). Another ~$25.00 for box and packing. I wish I never heard of Acer.
