I use the computer mostly for email and stock reports and occasionally for maps. My two-and-a-half year old Dell was faster with Windows 10, but it developed some sort of an intermittent and would not connect reliably with the Verizon router! This HP computer operated reliably for three months, then suddenly the screen turned black and the machine let out very loud alarm? tones of four then three musical notes sounding like Banshee Morse code. I unplugged it for five minutes, then plugged it in again. Same old Banshee cries. Then I looked all over the back, front, and sides for the serial and model number so I could file a complaint. . Then with considerable difficulty I turned it upside down after unplugging it again. I then turned it right side up and plugged it in . It works OK now,. Maybe the fan is loose, and the gymnastics shook it into place. The keyboard has white letters on a white background, and is worthless to an old 2-finger visual typist like me. I put the old black keyboard on it and it is operating OK now.

Very easy setup. One day after setting up and installing accounting software I had to restore to factory settings because none of the menus would come up and the computer froze constantly. After reset I eliminated unnecessary software, reinstalled my software and so far so good. The computer is sluggish considering what it has in it - but I do believe that is part of having an all-in-one. My first time purchasing and my last. While the convenience is great, you don’t get the performance.

Product as described. Two issues; first, when the processor fan spins faster to cool during heavy workloads, a loud buzzing sound occurs. Second, the HDD makes this machine painfully slow. I bought a 500gb SSD from Crucial to replace it and it now functions well. Adding the SSD was a touchy process, so it’s probably better just to pay a little more for a machine that comes with it.

So far I love this computer! I have only had it for a few days, but so far so good. Its fast and quiet. I have no complaints. If anything changes I will write an update, but for now...5 STARS!!

This computer is amazing and I love it already and I have had it it for only one day! The monitor is huge which I love and it runs rather quickly. I love the touch screen. All I have to say is wow! I love Amazon!
