By a wide mile, this is the most worthless piece of junk PC Ive ever had the ill fortune of buying. Not a week goes by without something -- major or minor -- going wrong with this glorified boat anchor. Literally right out of the box it had problems, since Dell loaded it with Win 10 AND McAffee, which are so mutually incompatible that the machine could not be configured until I had uninstalled the latter (which, I might add, was after numerous partial setups involving the copying of huge amounts of data, the installation of numerous software packages, etc., each time followed by a factory reset.) In other words, just to set up the machine and dump my existing software and data onto it took days before I figured out what the problem was. Since then its been one thing after another: Sometimes the machine simply refuses to start and I have to open it up (!) and nudge some of the cards around; other times it wont shut down properly, forcing me to perform a hard shut-down, or even simply disconnect the power. Recently its been a bewildering series of "Memory Management" stop codes, which started after a Dell update to the BIOS hung the machine and disabled the wi-fi and bluetooth. Never, ever, EVER buy a Dell. They used to be great. But they are now absolutely useless garbage, and fact which even a little bit of research online will confirm. They are a company which deserves to go out of business and they will never get so much as a bad penny out of me again. For shame!

I searched Amazon using a Windows Pro filter, and this PC was listed. The description read "Combining the best of Windows you already know, Windows 10 pro has many great improvements you’ll love. " It is also labelled as a "Business" computer when it should not be. Other than that it appears to be a decent PC.

This is the 4th Dell I have owned and it is a piece of crap. The Bluetooth card had just vanished for the SECOND time. The first time Dell sent a new card for me to fix myself. That lasted until today. Now they want me to shut down my business for 10 days while I mail my computer to them for service. What a freaking joke! Ill NEVER buy Dell again!

Computer was purchased for a business as it was advertised as a Business Flagship Desktop Tower. However, computer is loaded with Windows 10 HOME version rather than Windows 10 PRO. Will cost another $99 to upgrade to PRO version so it can perform like a business machine. Other components are not as stated on description such as processor.
