I wish I could give no stars! This computer is a hunk of junk. Ill be wasting my time returning it this weekend. I bought it as a work computer for my business but its beyond slow. It freezes and crashes and thats the first day. My daughter downloaded sims 4 and it was super slow and actually looked like sims 2 or 1. Our last mistake was downloading steam in an attempt to play stardew valley, that game couldnt even launch. I cant think of one good aspect, Im disappointed in this purchase and wish there were reviews before I bought it.

This looked like a great deal but the computer failed to work right out of the box. First start up a window popped up and says you need to reload windows! I am like what? So tried for several hours to figure out something to do with it, but couldnt get pass the you need to reload windows part. So put it all back in the box and sent it back. There wasnt any problems with returning it so that was a good thing. Maybe I just had bad luck , but am still searching for another one in that price range.

Im by no means an extreme user, but this computer gets overloaded almost immediately. I upgraded because after a few years new programs , updates, etc seem to stretch older ones to their limits, and usually the new inexpensive one would have me good for a few years. This seemed like a good deal, only to find its almost worse than the one it replaced! Really having my browser open to email, the weather, and facebook maxes it out. Yes my internet connection is fine (wifes older tablet runs like a champ! I removed all bloatware, regularly run antivirus, defrag, etc. THis bogs down with anything beyond the minimum. Watching the control panel its disk usage and memory getting maxed. watching a short video often requires a reboot when finished. If youre looking for something inexpensive to check email or have a word processor, go for it, but when something like words with friends slows it down, this is a good computer to pass on

Very slow had another amazon customer return tag on box , the first five minutes I got a virus, then I got that going and then it took a long time for the screen to come back up so I am returning it,

We are loyal to HP and needed a new computer to replace an aging desktop. HP’s are so easy to set up from the box and usually last a long time. Wish it had 2 USB ports in the front.

In an effort to keep costs low for our small business, this looked like a good deal for the price and the components. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way that it is not a value. My biggest complaint is the speed. Im certain that it is because of the low amount of RAM (4gb) it comes with.

overall works great. Ive only used it about 8 times since i purchased, but the monitor broke about the 6th use, has a vertical line down the display.
