Don't buy: you'll have to replace it within a year
The long-story-short is, do not buy this ring, because it has one fatal flaw that renders it useless: battery life. I've had it for a little more than a year now, and for the first, say, 9 months, I loved this thing. It was comfortable, accurate, useful, durable. The app was excellent. But after a year... the battery capacity kept going down, down, down. Then it fell off a cliff. Now, after about 15 months, the ring doesn't hold a charge for more than a few hours. If I charge it before bed it's dead before I wake up. If you're willing to get a new ring each year, by all means order this. Otherwise, don't waste your money.

I've had it for almost 2 weeks. I love taking my sleep, exercise, and stress. I'm happy.

Battery died in less than a year
I found the ring annoying to use as it was a bit bulky and got in the way sometimes. Eventually, less than a year of ownership, the battery started dying much faster than I expected. I wasn't sure what was wrong, I tried to verify it was dying, tried to factory reset, and sure enough after testing multiple times, from a full charge I would go down to 50% and then dead within a few hours. I set it aside for a while as I had some personal medical issues I was having to address for months. Months later, I tried to charge it again and it is completely dead when it comes out of the box, so battery on the ring itself completely died. I tried filing for a warranty but I was just slightly out of the warranty time frame. My fault for not filing earlier but I have more pressing concerns.

Doesn't do much, yet.
I was expecting more findings from it, but so far the only things I'm using it for is heart rate, O², and occasionally turning off an alarm. It can be used to take picture. It can apparently do pms (I'm a man so this is useless). I expected a lot more functions, especially for the price tag.

Excited until I wasn't
I was ecstatic to use my samsung ring, until it stopped syncing with my phone, randomly in the middle of the night. The sole purpose of me purchasing the ring was to be able to accurately track my sleep patterns. And now I am unable to d so. I have factory reset, cleaned, and restarted my ring several times, with no success to maintaining a connection throughout the night. Disappointed, its not even a year old yet

Unfortunately the life of the battery is a little
I use the ring to track my exercise activities since I recently had a heart attack. I don't know of any AI applications.

Totally recommend it

Best tracker of my sleep cycle
I don't go to bed without it. The galaxy AI helps me to figure out how to improve my sleep quality. I used to use Galaxy watch for it but ring is better fit for sleep tracker.

Excellent as an alternative or combination with wa
I enjoy my galaxy ring. Use it with my phone for better monitoring. I like that it monitors sleep since I don't wear my watch to sleep. Wish samsung would add the automatic exercise tracking.

Such a lifesaver and the data is phenomenal
This ring has been amazing to use. Ive had it for over 6 months. I use it on the daily and the data each day gives me soooooo much inside! This ring usually last around 3 to 4 days before it needs a charge. It records not only my steps and BPM but it also records my sleep! It even records my sounds while sleeping, when im in REM sleep and when my heartbeat and pulse spike. Watching the data spill in has been not only helpful but it has helped me learn what I need to change and improve on
