Exchange or Return of Goods

You have the right to return or exchange products of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and factory seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided

Returns or exchanges can be made:

  • By visiting one of our physical pickup points (if available)
  • By contacting our customer support to arrange courier pickup or postal return

Please note: Certain categories of goods (e.g., personal hygiene items, software with opened packaging, customized products) may be non-returnable under current regulations.

Official Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products sold through our store are covered by the official manufacturer’s warranty, which is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Warranty service includes:
