Come from a former PS5 owner, I love everything about Xbox
I had the PS5 since December, but I sold it today because it doesn't have any exclusive shooting games from what I know, which is my favorite genre and racing games. Gran Turismo is okay, but I like Forza better and PS doesn't have a Forza Horizon. And holy crap, Game Pass Ultimate is amazing. Quick resume, where you can have like 5 games open at once is cool to. And xbox controller in my opinion is way more comfortable. Rest mode is better on Xbox. Honestly, and this isn't coming from a fanboy perspective, I can't think of anything better that PS5 has over Xbox as in console vs console. Glad to be back on Xbox.

Terrible customor support
I have nothing against the item itself, my issue is with Target and the delivery service. I ordered an Xbox series x and a monitor. These packages were delivered through FedEx and were delivered to the wrong address. The delivery driver not only delivered it to the wrong house, they threw the two packages over the gate of the wrong house and basically fed my Xbox and monitor to 4 dogs. My packages and electronics inside were completely destroyed. After providing video evidence of mis delivery, proof that they delivered to the wrong address, and picture evidence of the destruction of my products, Target made me wait 5 days just to have a rude supervisor tell me they decided not to do anything about it and hang up on me before I can respond. Their reasoning was FedEx saying they successfully delivered the products and providing a photo. Yeah, they successfully delivered to the wrong house and provided a picture of the wrong house where you can’t even see the packages. Learn from my mistake and do not trust target to deliver an expensive product to your house. With this much proof they would be dumb to deny responsibility. Legal action will be taken.

Smoothest Xbox I’ve ever played
I’ve been playing PlayStation so long that the controllers to Xbox feels cheap even with the built in grips but overall amazing gameplay and runs smooth. Still think I’ll play the PS more but I think I can adapt to this also.

Xbox is good as green
When the next-gen Xbox released in 2020 it wasn't a great decision in the midst of a global crisis. Though the Xbox Series lineup lacked exclusives even compared to PlayStation...Nearly three years later Microsoft is on a roll to get even the most out of consumers to play the best exclusives this Xbox generation along with a rich influx of backwardcompatibility titles. If you haven't purchased this beast you should consider this option or the lower cost Xbox Series S or 1tb black edition.

Worth the purchase
It works well, it has a lot of internal storage (1TB) and it just feels great. I would recommend the Series X over the S. I was lucky enough to get the last one at my nearby Target but I’m glad I got it
