Missing USB wireless adapotor. Open box sold as brand new
This was an open box item sold as new. I didn’t realize it until I went to wrap this as a gift. My son opened it and the wireless USB adapter. This is beyond disappointing. How do you fix this?

The thumb sticks were broken inside of the box... I'm not sure I can blame it on shipping either

Great alternative for premium controllers
I just got this controller and overall I am satisfied. Only thing that I feel could be better is the HQ app that goes along the controller. I noticed my zone 1 lights don't fully light up on one of the RBG settings as seen on the attached picture and I am not sure if it's supposed to be like that, but it's superficial. It's not stopped me from enjoying it. It's proved to be a good alternative.

The replacement is also broken.
So had several issues with the first controller. They send a replacement under warranty with really no hassle which was nice. The new controller arrived with a broken left joystick right out of the box. The box had no damage and it ships in its protective case so it's not a shipping issue. These controllers seem worse than the standard xbox controller.

Cool controller, super customizable
Overall, a nice controller. Really customizable which I like. Straight out of the box no stick drift unlike many of the elite series controllers I’ve used in the past. The buttons on the back feel a little cheap, they don’t feel quite as premium as the elite series. Holds a charge well. I waited until the new call of duty game came out to test out the different trigger feels to write this review, they are better than some controllers I’ve used previously.

I absolutely LOVE this Fusion Pro Wireless controller! It fits comfortably in my hands. Plus, the lights are so beautiful! It offers days of game play without recharging. Not to mention, the performance is effortless. My husband and I love gaming with it!
