Good features great sound – spare parts not easy
I have previously purchased Rick equipment. This model is much better that it has a separate auxiliary cable as the previous 400 deteriorated at the point of attachment which was fixed. this new model is Goulding offering an individual speaker dial more sound clarity and light weight with a more flexible microphone offering less problems. Unable to obtain auxiliary cable easily these should be sold in store as well.

Love them!
I have the “RIG 500 PRO HX headset“ and My kids love them. They come well packed into a carton inside of its box, the box includes the headset, audio cable and mic. The headband it’s adjustable, the mic can be removed and the audio cable comes with a volume dial which is a plus. It has noice-cancellation, removable ear cushions which are adjustable to the metal frame. They are very light as described which I really like. Sound is and works great and the cable is long enough. Overall I really like this game headset which are compatible for XBox & Windows 10.
Awesome headset!!
The RIG 500 PRO HX headset is on point! It’s probably the best gaming headset we own. The clarity is great, the sound is high definition and audio quality is superb! The dial for volume control is easily accessible, near the connect port. The headphones adjust nicely and are amazingly comfortable. I really like that you can flip the mic up to mute sound. The mic cuts out a lot of background noise, which is a plus, especially when you have little children. My husband is a huge gamer and he absolutely loves this headset.
Good sound quality
The Rig 500 Pro headset is a great product. This headset has the noise canceling mic, with flip to mute, also has a self adjusting headband which it’s a plus they don’t slip off your head like most other headsets would. They are light weight so doesn’t feel like you have a big brick sitting on your head. The ear pieces fit comfortably around your ears which is a plus for me. Overall this headset is very well made and works great with my Xbox one.
Great headset
The headset are an amazingly sound proof and the player can hear the faintest sound or steps with any games is being played. I mainly play first person shooter games I.e. call of duty modern warfare, black ops 4, and battlefield v and I can hear the steps from teammates and enemies alike. They’re really comfortable, so whenever I play for a long time, it doesn’t hurt my head nor ears when I take them off. The design and color is one of the reason as to why I like it, also it’s plugged into the controller, so you don’t have to worry about charging it or battery dying. Lastly, the microphone is extremely good because teammates had told me that they can hear my clearly and loudly. Also, the microphone piece is long enough to reach the mouth , unlike others where teammates cannot hear you talk because the microphone doesn’t reach the mouth of the player. Overall, it’s an amazing headset for amateurs and pros alike.
Great Features!
I really like this headset! The sound is crisp and I sound clear to me friends. The cushioned headband is very comfortable and I can wear them for a while and not feel uncomfortable which I especially like because I have a larger sized head. I really like the volume features, the knob makes it easy to control it and being able to mute it by lifting the mic is my favorite feature.
Great quality
Rig 500pro gives you the best gaming experience ever. Sound is crisp and clear. Awesome accessory. Definitely a must have if you like listening and chatting online with friends during gameplay. My kid abs hubby enjoy using this one better than other brands. Easy to use.
Impressive Gaming headset
I've been wanting one of these for awhile now because standard ear buds hurt my ears after awhile and they're not that great when it comes to sound quality. These however, are the opposite of that. They're super comfortable to wear, definitely noise cancel all the way and sound amazing. You can hear the smallest details in games with them and where each sound is coming from too. Headset works great too. The awesome design is a plus. Why haven't I got these sooner?! Idk but I regret not doing so.
Amazing High Quality Sound!!
High Quality sound and Excellent comfort! Amazing quality this one is my favorite i can spend hours playing this headset is very comfortable and lightweight... if you play FPS games this headset is for you with this headset you can hear everything more clear is more easy to know where bullets are fired from or when someone is getting close to you! The microphone is great the flip on/off is very convenient and easy to use instead of looking for a button i only have to push the mic up or down very easy the mic is also removable great option if you only want to listen. It comes fully assembled the only thing you have to do is to adjust it to your head which is pretty easy to do They work great with my PS4 the i absolutely recommend this headset!
It's ok
I got this a while ago and it is okay but it is like a normal pair of gaming headphones except the volume is a lower and the headphones do not fit into the controller as stated on the box but you will have to have a Xbox keyboard for it to go into but otherwise you can hear through them and talk to the people it's okay good quality
