First thing I have to say is I am not lying when I say this has to be one of the world worst headsets of all time first off. It's a wired headset if you see removable head phone jack an thought it was Bluetooth jus like me im sorry do not purchase 2nd off its only one working headphone out of one earpiece 3rd the microphone is so trash an bad you can not hear your self or talk to people because it sound like your under water worse headset i ever bought i recommend turtle beach forever i wouldn't wish this purchase on anyone dont put your self in what im goin through there's so many better ones i would like a refund right this instant but I can't take it back until Monday ????????♂️
