When a cable is tripped over or tugged, the safety cover will hold the connection snugly inside the compartment and prevent the cables from being disconnected. The cover is compatible with round or flat cables with sizes up to 14AWG.
IP44 Weather Resistant
This IP44 certified extension cord cover is made from reinforced plastic, which is able to withstand severe weather conditions all year round. The safety cover is tightly sealed with a snap-lock lid, four corner clips, and two rubber gaskets, protecting the connectors against wind, dust, sunshine, rain, or snow. Note: It is not waterproof. Don’t submerge the cover under water.
