Ive ordered many factory refurbished electronics, but this was the worst by far. It came without batteries for the remote, and the screws to attach the feet were missing. That wouldnt have been a big deal, but the TV kept shutting off, first after about 20 minutes, then 10 minutes, and sooner and sooner once it warmed up. Boxed it up and shipped it back.

Nice tv for the price. But it was all scratched up on the front trim piece. Ruins look.

They do not send the product purchased. Then when the correct product is sent it, it does not work properly. The only option is to take it or leave it.

This set turned out to be a great fit for our kitchen. Used the feet to sit it on the counter, under the cabinet near the wall. It has a surprisingly good picture and works great with all of our apps. The Smartcast functionality is a bit slow, but once it gets your app loaded, it works properly. The only surprise was that it came without batteries, but fortunately I had a couple of AAA batteries laying around.

Work like new! It arrived undamaged in the original box with all the parts, no batteries for the remote, but that was stated in the other reviews and really not a big deal. I would have gave it five stars but the sound quality is very low on the integrated speakers, But I will fix that by buying an external sound bar.

Everything is good! Great quality, smart features worked just fine, and really HD! very crisp picture! I love it! I would definitely recommend! I would suggest though that the speakers for me was acting up a bit then fixed itself and got stuck on the screensaver at a point too on the smartcast home, I have got insurance for it when it does finally give up on me lol I use it for gaming so not a big deal to me, I want to buy a bigger screen for this one day because it is made really well! Good price too!

This set was one of my favorite purchases in the past two years. It works with my phone, and both assistants, with no problems. If I am watching tv in the kitchen and I go upstairs and forget to turn off the tv. I just speak to my assistant, "turn off kitchen tv", and its done.

After one or two days while watching, it would just turn off by itself. The only way to get it to turn back on was to unplug it and wait a few minutes then plug it back in and wait for it to turn off again on its own. I wouldnt recommend this TV to anyone, since I found it to be up to $30.00 cheaper at target BRAND NEW with no problems. Amazon refunded my money right away, Thanks Amazon for that.

Found myself 1 TV short when my daughters TV unexpectedly quit working. Very quick shipping and great quality. I will be purchasing again when it is time to replace the Guest Room TV.
