The positive is the TV itself, seems to work well. I purchased this TV for my daughter who was returning to her college. She tells me the picture is crisp and the sound is also quite good! So if someone finds the same model it seems to be a good product. The negative and the reason for the 2 star rating, was this particular TV that my daughter received (by mail from Amazon) had a gash towards the right border of the TV. I describe it as a gash, because it was deeper than a mere scratch. This gash was quite noticeable, more so, in the day light though. When I emailed the company that sent out this TV and included that "how does a company, legitimately, send out a flat screen TV where having a good picture is its main function with a clearly visible gash on it!? Their response was "We just repackage the item. Sorry for the inconvenience". So basically, they were telling me... thats too bad for you.
