Purchased this at Costco for $189.00 You get a quick start guide which explains in simple terms with diagrams what goes where. Minor glitch in starting up but you should download the users manual which explains everything in detail. Picture is very dynamic. Using a Polk mag sound system so sound is great. Has 2 hdmi ARC inputs. Differs from standard HDMI. so google it if you have questions. Netflix opens immediately,but Amazon you activate via computer regatdless if gou have Prime or not. Also has composite video connections and 1 usb port. I initially tried to put hdmi cable into this port. Not smart,went back to intstruction book. Lots of web apps. Wifi connected instantly.

These Vizio 32" tvs are junk. I have gone through four of these in 13 months.The first one was new, the next two were recertified (whatever that is) and the last was another new one. Vizio would not send me any more after the last one failed, because they said that the set was beyond 90 days as a new replacement and beyond one year from the original first set purchase date. Thats what Vizio does to you when they provide four trash tv sets in 13 months. The failures ran the gamut from erratic flesh colors, no sound, "no signal" errors and no signal accepted on HDMI or component inputs. The process to "prove" that it was not user error was both laborious and time consuming, including such processes as connecting to different devices and exchanging cable boxes. They dont believe the cable company repairmen ot the tv repairmen. The shipping took from three to four weeks to exchange sets each time, and, of course, setting up the sets each time. And by the way, when setting up the set each time, they have an innocuous option that lets them track your viewing habits and sends them back to their servers where it can then be sold or whatever. Since you enter your personal informaion, it can also be traced back to you. If you do find out how to turn it off, when you do a software update they conveniently turn it back on. You need to remember to turn it back off again. If you like headaches, unending phone sessions with checklists, packing and unpacking of tv sets, loading and unloading them into your car, driving back and forth to UPS stores, burning gasoline and wasting time, reinitializing your new tv set, and chatting with unresponsive customer service people, their supervisors and their managers, then by all means buy this set. This is by far the worst case of customer service that I have ever endured in my entire life – bar none.

We bought one of these for my mother, just over a year ago. It no longer has a picture, although she can get sound. Save your money and get a Samsung or a Sony.
