I needed to replace my Sony Bravia TV and really liked the HD quality of this model for the price. It is easy to set up, but I had to call customer service and take it back to factory firmware settings and then update the software to make the Amazon Prime app work. + set up, video quality, audio - it takes up to 2 seconds to change channels to the next channel, the remote is not very user friendly. I ended up plugging in my ROKU stick so I could control the fast forward and rewind features while watching a movie. This is difficult at best, using the Vizio remote, which has a play/pause/fast forward feature using only one button. Otherwise, it is a great TV. Therefore, I cannot give it a 5 star review.

Great picture with HDMI input. Washed out when using COAX input. The sound is very much like a tin can, but thats to be expected with these thin TVs.

I own three Vizio TVs of various sizes. I was at first impressed until I realized Vizio does not care to renew licensing with the apps they initially support. Your TV will initially please you until you figure out the planned obsolescence in the strategy of some TV manufacturers. For example, on one of my TVs I received a notice prior to the Vizio TV brainiacs not renewing their agreement with You Tube. So, no more You Tube on that TV. I called customer service and was told thats just the way it is. Be wary of this strategy. Ill never buy another Vizio. Very disappointing.

Avoid at all costs! Nothing but problems with this tv. First off, the apps are useless. They are pre-installed and there is NO application store where you can download applications. This is a half-assed "smart" tv. They basically want you to smartcast everything. And even then getting smartcast to work is like playing the lottery. It literally never works. There are far better tvs for the same price. Avoid this one.
