We were able to connect to Direct TV using the HDML (?) connection. However, we were not able to download the remote to the Direct TV remote. So, we have to use the tv remote to turn on the set and adjust the volume and the direct tv remote to change channels. We are making it work but be nicer if we could use one remote. We didnt comment on tech support since we did not use them.

You get what you pay for, and thats certainly the case here. The picture quality is only so-so - certainly not HD, and no better than the 30-year-old 13" set it replaced. And thats even after following the instructions to adjust the picture quality. Even worse, the sound - even after adjustments - is tinny, so weve attached it to an outside speaker. But it was cheap enough and will do as a kitchen set on which we only watch the news.

GREAT looking TV! But my stupidity. I just moved into a new manufactured home with no Tv outlets. I had a man install an antenna (Phx 40 miles away) & he installed only 2 outlets. So I do not have an outlet for your Tv. He was here today & explained it all & he will rectify the problem some time in the future-he is a very busy man.

Good picture. better then expected. Sound isnt all that good. Fits well under the kitchen cabinet.

The good news is the TV worked with our cable TV system, and set up was relatively easy. The bad news is the picture was very poor and the sound quality worse. It simply is not a very good product. We purchased it for my wifes "nest" in the kitchen when her old small TV died, and selected it because it was small. But because of the poor picture and sound, we immediately replaced it with a slightly larger (22-inch) "name brand" TV that has a better picture and better sound (and was substantially cheaper).

The picture is mediocre at best. And that is if you are sitting right in front of it with the TV at eye level. Stand up and move around it gets poor. Yes, I messed and messed with the settings. The sound is absolutely TERRIBLE. My 7 inch tablet and probably my cell phone sounds better. Yes, I messed and messed with the settings.

My son loves this-bought it for his nintendo switch, perfect size. He can grab it and take next door when he visits his friends to play their video games together too, very light.
