Packaging was great in protecting the product during shipment. The TV set up was easy and mounting to the wall was a piece of cake. The only negative is the volume control on the remote was difficult to use. Overall very pleased with the product.

Very happy with this purchase. My wife and I used to drag out an inside TV during football season but that got to be a pain taking it in and out. The TV arrived several days early (very nice). The wall mount Amazon recommend for the TV was easy to assemble and attach to the TV. Set up was pretty simple. We have an antenna and a Roku running on it and the picture looks great. Like other reviewers I agree the sound could be better but I’m planning on running a jawbone speaker through it. I can’t wait for football; this is where I’ll be living all football season.

Bought 2 TV for a menu board. 1 will not turn on at all. The other has a bad display screen with no physical damage. Technical support is saying we should have tested the TVs on arrival and report back within 2 days but the TVs were sent to the signage company installing our menu board. We had no way to check. No exchange or repair.

Crystal clear. Only way to go in Houston 100% heat and humidity for outdoor use. Very happy and they expedited shipment to replace in 4 days due to freight damage on first shipment so I could enjoy it over Fathers Day. Also kudos to Dish installers as they installed it outside ASAP.

The picture is great and hopefully will work for many years in a protected outdoor environment. However, I was dismayed that the TV is not a Smart TV and cannot access my wifi system thus limiting its use. Perhaps the newer version has this feature and I should have upgraded to the newer version? Also, the large back panel caused issues with my existing mounting bracket and I had to get a metal saw to modify my bracket as the back panel stuck out so far.

This tv lasted 18 months and picture gone already - huge disappointment since it is 3 x the price of regular tv

The TV picture and sound is of good quality. However, it lacks the ability to set up with a sound bar and sub woofer for better sound or surround sound. It doesnt pair up with most cable companies for remote. Its not a smart TV, so you cant use other video options such as Prime TV or the internet.

Bought for outdoor pavilion. Was pleasantly surprised at how great the vibrant color and how crisp the picture is. Used it when shady and also full sun and no glare ! Very pleased ! Also no need for speaker or soundbar for us .. no trouble hearing sound at a normal volume

We had an issue with the first one that was delivered but they made it right very quickly. Sunbright had a new tv sent a few days after I contacted them. We truly love the tv. The picture is crisp and clear, and sound is great!
