Ive had this tv for about a month now and am very pleased so far. The sound quality of the tv is ok but better with a sound bar. The video quality is exceptional and the colors are truly vibrant.

You can have nice things but make sure you have a Roku or similar device to support the lack of Wi-Fi

I bought this from Walmart for $399 with free delivery. Yes, $399. Just crazy. Im really thrilled with this bargain-priced TV. First of all, this is probably the worlds last non-Smart TV (is that a "dumb" TV?) — no internet connection and no microphone for spying on you. This is hooked to my desktop computer in my living room, which I use as my "media hub" and also for all other computer needs — surfing the internet, email, TurboTax, etc. 4k and 65-inch — nailed the most important attributes. It has optical out, so any sound signal reaching the TV is digitally routed to my stereo system. 4k @ 60Hz is fantastic for a computer monitor for non-gaming purposes. Image quality isnt perfect. Im a software engineer that has spent years working on scanner software, digital camera software, and digital image processing. Heres what I found: • Background lighting is very slightly non-uniform in intensity. As a computer monitor, this is (barely) visible in solid white areas on the screen. Youll never see it when watching a video. Really... never. • The corners are somewhat dimmer than elsewhere. In a photograph youd call this very slight vignetting. This defect is somewhat noticeable when using as a computer monitor when it is displaying mostly white or light colors of uniform intensity. Used as a TV where youll be displaying images of varying and changing intensity, youll be very hard pressed to see this defect. I briefly tried the sound before I re-routed it to my stereo system through the optical out. Its about what you would expect from $10 speakers — just about like any other TV.

Hooked it up and am very happy so far came packaged well and picture and sound are excellent. Will update after a month or so but so far so good. can not beat this price and the seller exceeded expectations.
