Pulled it out of the box and was greeted with a completely useless screen. Glass was not broken, this is the coloration you’re seeing. I took a chance on this product even though it had quite a few negative reviews (which have all mysteriously disappeared?? Yikes) and was disappointed. You might get a working tv, you also might not

I purchased this TV because I wanted to use it in a room where others are working at the same time. The selling point for me was that it has Bluetooth capability, so I thought it would connect to my Bluetooth headset. As I was unable to find out how to turn on the Bluetooth in the manual, I called technical support and the rude rep who answered said in an authoritative, command-like tone that the TV does not have any Bluetooth capability. When I mentioned the Amazon product description (see pic) he said he is not aware of any reference to Bluetooth on Amazon and implied that I was lying. When I asked why they had included with the manual an advertising pamphlet for a Bluetooth sound bar, which would, in the mind of the buyer, confirm that the TV has Bluetooth capability, he said that including such ad does not mean anything and rudely asked me if I had any actual technical questions. At that point I asked for his name, so instead of stating it, he hung up the line. I then called the 800 number again and selected Customer Service. The rep was a little more professional this time, and he confirmed that the description on Amazon is incorrect. Other than that, this TV has a fairly decent picture (for the price), a terrible sound (sounds like an old AM radio), and a cheap remote control that is difficult to use. I cannot recommend it, especially in light of the company that stands behind it. Pay a few more dollars and get a name brand set. You will save yourself headaches down the road.
