Picture quality was ok. Sound quality poor. Bought May 2016 and it started giving problems March of 2018. The remote refuse to work change batteries, call services desk. Spent several hours and still keep getting a message to contact Samsung. Did that! Spent hours problems still continuing . Worse of all no buttons on this kind of TV so you cant even manually try to fix it. Its been stuck on the same channel. Is it Samsung hope for its customers to replace their products 2 years. . I am so stupid actually purchased a Samsung 9+ phone too . I can wait to see if it only last for two years too. DONT BUY THIS TV...Especially the. ones with out buttons. Once the remote goes your TV is of no use. Dont buy!

Sorry I bought this TV! This TV has a great picture, but that is all I can say to the good. It refuses to stream Netflix for more than a few seconds. Google it and you will find a lot of people with the same problem. I was on with Samsung tech for over an hour-finally they told me it was a Netflix streaming problem, until I ran Netflix through my bluray player to their TV and it worked perfectly-its their SMART, (dumb), TV that is the problem. They changed my dns settings-nothing-we changed my country-nothing. It even got where I had to wait about ten seconds after I pressed a remote button for it to react to the command-damn I hate this thing. I am trying to decide if I want to go to the trouble of sending it back. At least I have learned to keep the box. The very helpful Amazon Tech suggested that I unplug the TV and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. He said it might clear static-it worked-once-then never again. Oh well, packed it all back up and started a return to Amazon-not their fault-Samsung has a LOT of TVs doing this-will not purchase Samsung again.

Was issues with the remote vs the TV from day one. Took forever for the tv to warm up and be ready for streaming. Good picture, but the aggravation of having to wait 5 - 7 minutes for the thing to warm up and be ready for streaming a movie was rediculous. TV would turn itself off while streaming a movie and you would have to wait another 5 - 7 minutes for it to reload. Finally (after very little use in 2 years of ownership), the tv would cut out with more and more frequency. finally tossed it off the 2nd level porch into the driveway and into the waste bin. Plus keep in mind the TV has a view port that watches anything you are doing within the vicinity. Big Brother is Here!
