The HDMI ports on the TV do not work. Unfortunately I threw away the box and had the TV sitting out waiting on my wall mount. Ive had 3 Samsung TVs with no issues. This TV was purchased less a month ago, and Samsung wants me to take it to a service center for repair. Ridiculous for a brand new TV. Update: As always Amazon is awesome. Full refund with return. I should have never wasted my time calling Samsung.

I bought this TV in November 2016. By Feb 2017 two dark vertical lines had appeared on the screen. After contacting Amazon, who directed me to Beach, who directed me to Samsung, and talking to Samsung service for 1/2 hour+ I returned the TV to Samsung. After 3 weeks the TV was returned to me and I was told the TV was a "out of state"(?) model and was not covered by Samsung warranty. After many contacts (literally hours on the phone) with Samsung and escalating the complaint, I was eventually after several conversations told by Executive Customer Service it was "not their problem" and to get in touch with Amazon. Which I did... I was eventually credited the full amount of my purchase from Beach after 6 weeks without a TV and much frustration. NOT impressed!

I purchased on Amazon Prime day. The TV only worked for approximately 1 month. Now there is no picture and no sound. The red light does come on, but nothing else. I contacted Samsung, they were not able to assist, they would not refer me to anyone to assist, they said they would call back. They never left a message when calling during business hours and never resolved. I will never purchase another samsung product.
