CONDITION: Item was perfect - in "original" box & no flaws (dings, dents, holes, etc.) | MAIL: UPS delivered & had to "sign" for | LEGS: (2) had to be screwed in (2 screws) w/ a screwdriver (cant do by hand) - directions did NOT help, each leg is marked 1 - "R" (right) 1 - "L" (left) and corresponding ports are also marked | PICTURE: Quality is excellent, using an amplified flat antenna & plugged into back of TV (HDTV is accessible for most channels, some come in a little less crisp, but decent for FREE) | SOUND: Quality is excellent, after adjusting it myself via the "menu" button | Bought for a small, 12 x 12 ft sized room & a 32" is large enough, almost too big | Would purchase again, in a heartbeat, considering it cost under $200.00 ($189.00 w/ tax). A+ **************UPDATE*************** 6+ months of use all day and all night long, this TV is still going strong. A vivid and real life colorful screen / display. In warmer months, since the sound is projected through the back of this unit, any other loud noises (like box fans, window fans, a/c units, etc.) will drown it out. Hence, having to turn the volume up to #80, which is nearly full blast! Im considering purchasing front facing speakers, for it.

This TV worked great for about 6 months. One day the sound just quit & I havent been able to get the issue resolved, despite it being under warranty with Samsung. I have been on the phone with Samsung a dozen times, online chatted through the same exact troubleshooting over & over. The problem seems to be a necessary software update. Since it is not a Smart TV, the only way to run an update is via a USB thumb drive. First I was told the file couldnt be downloaded on a Mac. Then I was told it could. Once I downloaded it, I was told that the USB drive had to be completely empty. So I tried again. Everything from Samsung indicates that the file will be in an EXE format. No amount of downloading & unzipping (on brand new USB drives, on both a Mac & a PC) ever got a file in an EXE format. It was always a BIN file. Finally, Samsung mailed me a USB drive with the needed file. The TV wouldnt read the file. I was told the next step was to have a technician come out. But first I am asked to go through hours worth of additional & repetitive troubleshooting. The whole process has taken more than 2 months. If you do buy this TV, please buy the Amazon warranty, as the Samsung warranty seems to be pretty worthless.

I had this installed on the wall bracket in the exercise room and was watching a show while finishing up the installation. It is very light and seems well built cosmetically. Problem was when I used the remote to shut it off, it did go off, no audio or picture. Then 3 seconds later it came right back on again... spooky I know. So I shut it down again, it went off and right back on again. looking around to see if my wife had the smart remote from upstairs from the Samsung big screen playing games with my psyche, not to be found. So I boxed it up, sent Amazon a return request, they sent UPS the next day and I had the replacement in 2 days no charge for anything. This TV shuts off and is a welcome addition to the man cave and the exercise room. Note, this TV has a 19 volt DC power converter similar to your laptop charger. It is not a 120VAC direct power cord to the TV from the wall. The power supply sits on the floor and a cord to the TV. 5 stars for the replacement TV

Got this for my mom - she thinks I actually love her now ha ha - I guess she likes it - well she is over 80 so she grew up when TVs were just becoming popular and beginning to be in everyones home. The screens back then were the size of an iphone but the entire size of the tv was close to the size of an elephant. So she thinks this is the bomb works good even if you dont have HDTV cable service she has cable but does not have the HDTV capability but this looks better than her other tv which is the old type. Maybe Im back in the will now who knows.

Great tv for six months then out goes the sound. Called samsung for help and the best they could do was send me on a 240 mile round trip to a samsung approved service center that is only open in the day time so I would have to take half a day off work twice to get it fixed. So unless you live close to a service center think twice about this tv.

This is a wonderful TV for the price; the picture is as good as any, the sound is very reasonable and it has a good selection of inputs. I could probably want one more HDMI to be ideal, but I did know there would be two when I bought it. I have one reservation: It has an external power supply. Yes, this keeps the size of the TV down but I have all the other cables hidden in the wall except for this one. I cant hide the external power block behind the TV because I have a flat mount. I didnt find this information on the Amazon page so Im a little disappointed.

I purchased this to replace an older Philips LCD TV of the same size; after going on 8 years it finally died. The first time I ordered this it arrived with a cracked screen, which Im suspecting was due to the packaging on Amazons end (or lack there of). The replacement arrived in perfect condition though and its extremely user-friendly and easy to set up. It only has 2 HDMI ports, but since this a second TV that I use in my bedroom, it works fine for me. I dont have cable in my bedroom and the two HDMI ports work perfectly for my Roku and DVD player. The picture quality of this is very good and the sound is exceptionally good for a TV that is so thin. The actual TV itself only weighs maybe five or six pounds. My only complaint is that the legs of the TV can only be mounted to the very ends, making it difficult to fit on a smaller surface; it barely fit on the top of my dresser. The legs are also only about an inch high, making it impractical to put anything underneath of it, as it will block the picture. (To visualize, my tiny Roku 2 barely fits underneath it without blocking the screen). Other than that, its great TV and exceptionally well priced.

Bought this for Nintendo Switch. Works great, no problem connecting with the game or with WiFi. Fine for watching broadcast TV, but I bought a digital antenna for decent reception. The feet are okay, I put them in correctly and used the screws provided to secure them, so they dont feel as though they are going to fall out and there is no wobble. But they do not balance the TV all that well. For example, if I had a cat I would be worried about it crawling behind the TV and knocking it over. So, use a wall mount or place in a low-traffic area.

The TV was fine for what it was- utilitarian. I purchased it to replace an older Samsung. Ive had good experiences with Samsung in the past but this particular TV started flickering from Day One. Very disappointing. I contacted Amazon who referred me to Samsung to try to troubleshoot but that didnt help. Samsung wanted to send a repair person (or have me drop it off??? NOT!) but I was not about to spend half a day waiting for repair on a new set. Boo- Samsung. Yea- Amazon. I called Amazon and they issued me a credit right away with a return label. Yes- its still inconvenient but more reasonable. Bad TV. Luck of the draw? You decide.
