TV feels cheap. Annoying External power supply. Picture is fine but small down facing speakers sound like crap. I need to mount it to the wall or hook up external sound. TV broke after 9 months but they fixed it under warranty. We also had purchased the 2 year extended warranty which was a good thing as the PCB board burnt out. Now that its repaired I dont trust this thing . Samsung used to be quality. They probably went to a contracted manufacturing like Sony that hasnt made their own in years. Very little quality anymore.

The TV was fine for what it was- utilitarian. I purchased it to replace an older Samsung. Ive had good experiences with Samsung in the past but this particular TV started flickering from Day One. Very disappointing. I contacted Amazon who referred me to Samsung to try to troubleshoot but that didnt help. Samsung wanted to send a repair person (or have me drop it off??? NOT!) but I was not about to spend half a day waiting for repair on a new set. Boo- Samsung. Yea- Amazon. I called Amazon and they issued me a credit right away with a return label. Yes- its still inconvenient but more reasonable. Bad TV. Luck of the draw? You decide.
