Returning for the second time. First one after 3 weeks volume stopped working. Replacement again last three weeks, this time picture stopped working.

I’ve had this tv TWO months and the picture has stopped working. Completely black. I DO NOT recommend. I love Samsung televisions, but this is a total Lemon.

This TV constantly drops its WiFi connection, even though the WiFi routers signal is strong and only 25 feet away. Re-connecting to WiFi is non-intuitive and sometimes wont connect at all unless you unplug it and plug it back back in. I have a Roku device on the same WiFi network that is a little further away and the WiFi signal never gets dropped on it. Also, the TV sometimes "locks up" and has to be unplugged and plugged back in.

Its finally nice to have some TV out in the garage with the elliptical for exercise. This works OK. However, every 2-3 days I come out and find that it is not able to connect to the WiFi. And its not because of poor signal strength. It would drop out all the time before where my laptop or cell phone would not. So, I bought a WiFi repeater/extender and put it 5 feet away. That solved the almost constant drop-out, but now it just disconnects and wont reconnect every 2-3 days. I find that I have to go to the network setup page and re-enter the network password for it to reconnect. VERY ANNOYING!!!!! The other major issue I have is with the significant motion blur. For exercising and having something in front of me, this is OK, but I could never watch normal programs, TV or movies with this blur. Getting a 1 start because I would not buy this again if I knew about all these problems. I would have given this a 3-star review, but I dont think anyone reads the 2, 3, 4 start reviews and generally only look at 1 or 5 star reviews.

This TV always gave me problems with my wifi and would always randomly disconnect. Its such a pain and so many other users have this issue so the fact that it still is a problem is alarming. Save your money and buy a different TV. This one is just horrible. One day my TV just decided to stop connecting to my wifi, despite all my other devices being connected to it. When I called Samsung they pretty much had no idea how to fix it so I ended up returning the TV back to Amazon. Waste of time and money.

Seldom write reviews. No headphone jack. Sound is low and not clear, its like a toy! You will have to buy a soundbar or a receiver and external speakers. Will at least double the cost of the TV. I have other Samsung products larger TVs Etc and theyre fine. If they spend a few bucks on inputs and decent speakers this would be an excellent TV. As it stands I would never buy it had I known!
