Bad Delivery & Target Customer Service
I called Target customer service 24 hours of receiving the tv, the tv was deliver on its side l, the driver never alert me that was dropping any deliveries just left the tv outside. I’ve call target 4 times for a pickup. Hung up on 3 times with no resolution. Told no replacement until the damage tv is received. Will never recommend an electronic purchase from TARGET!
Ruined my Christmas
TV came broken and then they said they could not replace it . Took almost a week for UPS to come pick it up and I still haven’t gotten a refund. This was a gift to myself for Christmas. Guess it wasn’t meant to be.
Wouldn’t know..Received mine days late with shattered screen. Horrible order and delivery experience. Customer service no help. Kept passing my call from one representative to another. Stated unable to replace as exact make would be required they aren’t allowed to replace with compatible one either.

Caution online buyers
Arrived with a broken screen so I had to return it to a target store. They did refund my money without any hassle though. Only gave it two stars because I didn't get a chance to enjoy it.
Low end samsung 4k tv.
I like the new styling of the menus. Nice integration with my phone. Very easy to start dex or smartview. It even has an experimental ai search feature when you open the smarthings remote app for the tv it has an Ai button that triggers it. It shows the actors and related shows to what's on the screen.
Great TV
This is an excellent TV. My daughter bought me this for Christmas. The setup was easy I used my Samsung phone. The picture quality is great. I don't have cable; I only have WiFi. You don't have to scan for channels just go to live TV. It's a 55' and it is more than enough for me. It even has white noise TV to help you sleep. I haven't gone through all the options yet by so far so good.
Sticker in the middle of the screen !
Got tv for my parents and it turns out someone decided to put a sticker in the middle of the screen. I can't peel it without scrapping the surface. Unacceptable!

Great TV.
This TV has been amazing. I love how it makes everything so simple. From switching to movies, gaming, and everything in between. Best TV I've had in awhile. And the fact that it works amazing with my S24+ makes things even that much better. Especially when my kids lose rhe remote for rhe 50th time ????
