Bought this a few weeks ago and liked it so well, Im buying a second one. The screen is large enough to see across a room (as long as you are directly in line with it, like most LED TVs). The sound and picture quality are fine. I use it with Amazons Fire Stick, on which I primarily use AT&Ts U-Verse TV app. I was pleased that under the "Service Only" sticker in the back is a usable USB outlet that works to power the Fire Stick. That means one less cord to plug into the wall (I used the cord that came with the Fire Stick to plug it into the TV). The stand is pretty cheap and does not allow the television to be swiveled up and down at all, so if you dont mount it, make sure its placed at eye level you wont be able to see the screen.

I was looking for 2 HDMI ports on a small screen HDTV (13-9"). I purchased this unit because it was the smallest one of that size that advertised (in multiple places on Amazon) that it had those 2 ports. While it does have several types of ports, it has only 1 HDMI. I will be returning this unit solely for that problem. As a tv it is ok (for the price). Decent picture straight on but washes out quickly off center. Sound quality is OK (what you would expect at that size/price). Another disappointment was that I could not control it with my universal cable controller or two other controllers that I tried. I really dont want to have to add another controller to my desk top.

Nice picture. Not difficult to set up. Fits nicely on my counter in kitchen under cabinets. Terrible speakers that sound like an old pocket size transistor radio. Because there is an earphone jack, I will be able to add a small external speaker. Firestick works well on HDMI input jack. Found a code for my Dish Tv remote (526) via scan method where vol, mute, on off all work. Tried to get the source button programmed to the DISH remote, but it just wouln’t recognize it. I can live with that. The other “con” besides the speakers is the “fried electronics” smell. Hopefully, the circuit board is okay. Other than those small issues, I like the unit.

I bought this TV to serve a very specific purpose - to display a feed; of sorts using a Raspberry Pi Zero Wireless (think digital wall calendar that cycles through views, and sort of a digital picture frame changing photos every 90 seconds). The USB port is covered by a sticker, but is enough to power the Pi Zero W without any issues (no low-power icon appearing). I was also surprised to find this TV (at least the one I received with the same part number listed) had a DVD Player included (slot load, right side of the TV). Not that I will use it much, but that could come in handy down the road. Mine had one stuck pixel, but the many videos online to reset them fixed it up in a few minutes, and no problem since. It has at least one of every kind of input, comes with an OTA Antenna, and works pretty well for me.

On the plus side, the thing works with antenna or cable. It has a bunch of inputs and outputs. On the minus side, it is deficient in many ways; the small size is no excuse at this price point. 1. The picture viewing angle is TERRIBLE! You have to be almost directly in front of it to see the picture. If youre about 4 feet away from the screen, you can only move about 6 inches in either direction from side to side before the picture becomes unviewable. This deficiency alone was enough to cause me to return it (something I rarely do). 2. Theres no easy way to switch between 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio. If youre switching channels that use different aspect ratios, youre going to have the wrong ratio unless you go into the setup menu EACH TIME. 3. The sound is awful. It is tinny and the sound adjustments one can make dont help at all. My iPhone sounds better, seriously. 4. The EnergyStar tag is stuck to the screen with an adhesive that STAYS on the screen and is almost impossible to remove without damaging the screen. (Rubbing the adhesive actually moves the screen within the housing.) Sent it back.

I’m glad I bought this tv for my kitchen. That said, I feel this takes an awful lot of tinkering to get it to work optimally. I live in a major urban area and had hoped to receive lots of local channels off the bat. While it scanned at set up and told me it found 180, it didn’t allow me to access them so I’m left with downloading apps for news which sometimes work and sometimes don’t. Could be user error and I will continue to tinker, but I’m envious of reviewers who plugged it in and got live tv. I’ve purchased an extra antenna and a WiFi range extender and we’ll see if that helps. Additionally the inputs are placed oddly on the back where any connections need to compete with the tv base which seems unnecessary.

The tv is a nice size for our kitchen, but PYLE does NOT have a tv code. This means that you can NOT set your universal or cable remote to control this tv. That’s a big downer for us. Yes... I did write the company and they confirmed this fact.

Great picture but sound volume is low even when turned up.

Product did not have the capability to accept a remote from a cable provider or any other remote. Not disclosed in product description. Sound is tinny and does not improve with treble nearly off and bass at max. Picture quality is good at straight on viewing. Customer service did know what bolt size was needed to mount on a bracket.

Light weight, easy to mount on back wall under kitchen cabinets! Picture quality is really good and while the sound isnt like a BOSE, the sound is good for the screen size and serves the purpose. I was able to program my DirecTV remote easily despite other feedback, it seems to be the second code according to DTV but not sure what that code is since it scanned and paired automatically for me. So far so good. I scored points with the wife too! She can cook and bake while watching Live PD! ha ha!
