Great TV, has AMAZON and NETFLIX buttons on the remote! Unbelievably great value for a superior product.

We love our other LG TV so getting this one in white was a no-brainer. LG has great build quality and an intuitive interface. However, once I set it up, I was very unhappy with the picture. It was VERY dark and virtually unwatchable. We almost sent it back for another brand. Luckily before I did, I checked the support documentation and found the fix: TURN OFF THE ENERGY SAVER MODE. This is on by default and your picture will come to life with it turned off. Now its perfect!

Initial Review 2018: Great stylish addition to my remodeled sunroom. Only issue is that I cant have my Alexa plugged in next to it at the same time or it will forget the wifi. Once I unplugged an relaxed Alexa it remembered the wifi connection. Beautiful bright vibrant HD picture with sound that fills the room. Follow-up Review April 2019: Do not buy this TV if your main desire is the SMART function/WiFi connectivity. It starts off as a hit and miss. However, as of now I cannot connect to my WiFi. I have tried everything under the sun to get it to connect and it wont. It still is a beautiful TV with a beautiful picture, but I was wanted it for the SMART capability and because it was white. Do Not Do It!

Just received today. Obvious backlight issues in the corners which are especially noticeable when a white screen (e.g. Google/Drudge) is displayed. Bottom right is the worst for me, but every corner has an issue. It becomes more obvious when not looking straight-on. Photos attached which are pretty much straight on. As expected, text on webpages is not very sharp unless you zoom in on the page. This is about what I anticipated for 720p but now thinking when I return this one I may get a higher resolution (which I dont think exists for the 32" from LG).

I wanted to give this a 5, and might still. Love the TV, perfect for my kitchen with echo voice enable. Great sound, pix, guide. That was the main reason I picked it. Unfortunately, the documentation for this hard to find. Took me, an IT guy, an hour to work through it. Be prepared to type different passwords (by remote) a lot. I eventually found the LG app, which was more intuitive, hiding second to last. Next to Chromecast connection, scroll right. Never found a strong, full list of tv commands so far Ive found some through hints. They can be a mouthful ;)

ridiculous machine. has altzheimers. it can’t recall how to find my wifi. have to re enter, wait for scan, then put in password, which tv says is wrong at least twice before it remembers , “oh yeah! you’re right!” beyond annoying thank the deities i bought a roku box at the same time. it has no trouble at all finding my wifi

This is a good solid smart TV. We already have experience with the huge 55" OLED TV: Its dazzling, easy to set up and has a great remote control that works as a pointer. This TV, not so much. The remote doesnt point, so you have to scroll through the setup, clicking on your account passwords slowly, then starting all over again when you click on the "Guide" button instead of the up or down button on the remote. Absolutely maddening. But once that is all done, it is smooth sailing. One other gripe, this TV, and our OLED start with live TV. And we have been unable to chnage that. So, every time that you turn the TV on, you get a nice, big blast of static and TV snow. Its jarring, its annoying, but there is no way to change it to, for instance, start with Netflix or Amazon Video. So, plan on buying a digital over-the-air antenna for 20-30 dollars so you can avoid this repetitive and annoying feature.

A year ago we traded our Panasonic plasma for an LG 55-inch OLED and were overwhelmed by the picture quality as well as the rock solid smart capabilities. We bought this TV to replace a 26-inch 1080p we had had in our upstairs nook for several years. The picture quality on that set was outstanding but only if you got up from your chair scooted it up real close to the set. So we bought this 32-inch set to replace it. Now we can see the picture without any effort. But I think the best part is that the smart features of this TV match our big expensive OLED and everything is now in one package: No need for the sound receiver clicker because the LG controls the receiver and no need for the WDTV media server clicker because that is also handled by the LG and its more stable to boot. The chatter on the internet is that this LG lacks the magic remote pointer but you can get that by downloading the LGThinkQ app which, come to think of it, lets you retire even the LG clicker . . . all you need to bring is your smart phone. One star short of perfect because the unit is 720p rather than 1080p resolution.

I own another LG LED TV which has a marvelous picture. I loved the white cabinet, so I purchased another one, slightly bigger, for my bedroom. The picture on this one is so dark and dim I had to return it. I went into settings and every option is just as bad. I was really surprised. Very disappointed.
