Nice picture quality is about the only good thing I can say. Choice of "apps" that can be used with this "smart" TV are very poor. Instructions are virtually non-existent for downloading smart content. I only found several obscure apps on the LG store. When I called LG tech support and explained the issue, I was informed that I was doing everything correctly. Then they told me if I want other apps, like Spectrum TV (my cable provider) I should buy a Roku device to attach to the TV. Duh - Im sending this back and just buying a "dumb" TV and a Roku; its cheaper in the long run.

Nice TV that functions well except for a MAJOR flaw. The image quality is good right out of the box. I used a wall mount VideoSecu ML12B TV LCD Monitor Wall Mount Full Motion 15-Inch Extension Arm Articulating Tilt Swivel for Most 15 to 27-Inch LED TV Flat Panel Screen with VESA 100x100,75x75 1KX (Black) . It works well. The screws that came with the wall mount are too long so youll have to use the screws that came with the TV, itself. This LG was supposed to be SMART TV and has several pre-installed apps. I read online that LG SMART TVs come with SLING as one of the apps, but this one did not. I didnt think that was a problem since I also read online that it is easy to search and download apps that are not pre-installed; however, this particular model apparently has NO search function and NO way to upgrade apps or download new apps. I am still trying to contact support to confirm that, but I see no way to do upgrade or download. That is a HUGE flaw. In fact, unless it CAN update and download, I do NOT consider it a SMART TV. I was planning to use this TV a lot with my Sling subscription. Now the only way to do that is to buy and add a device to the HDMI input - which would be half as much as the TV itself. Yes, that huge FLAW drops it three stars and puts it on my "cannot recommend" list. I have two other SMART TVs in the house and have NEVER heard of one that comes with no way to update or download apps. But aside from that major flaw, the picture quality and functioning are good.
