The remote won’t turn tv on or off. Once on it the mute button works. Volume button works. Channel changing works. But the power button part of the remote is not working.

This is a great TV for your RV your travel trailer. It has much better sound than the other Jensen we have which is the JTV3217DC.

This unit replaced the one that came with my class c motorhome. The only problems is the unit is a little small in size and now we have a one inch gap around the screen looks bad, the unit is a little smaller over all. Plus cant program remote to my dishnet work unit.

Just received it and it doesnt have a plug. After months of use, thinking of buying it again Using it in our boat Draws 12volt power, has great picture and withstands movement. It is not smart tv, but with our Roku it works as if it were. The sound could use improvement, but we use an external speaker.

I have this in my RV and the sound is horrible. If you buy this it need to be connected to the radio or speakers.

After6 months our tv does not turn on The plug receive power but the tv does not turn on manually or control Where can we take it in Souther California or San Antonio Texas We bought it about a year ago and we just don’t want to throw it away Please help us so we can repair it I would really appreciate María Muro
