Unit doesnt work properly ... buttons on tv doesnt work and reaction time for buttons is very slow and the remote half way works

This TV does not allow you to add apps like Hulu or Sling. Its not really a "smart TV" at all. Plus the volume goes haywire a lot. Ive changed all of the audio settings but cant get it to stop going way up or way down on its own.
