Because of the 5 star reviews, I purchased this item and disregarded the 1 star reviews. Big mistake! The TV came with a big "crack" in the LED screen, much like others here have described. Also, I couldnt get any stations to come through. It was just a bright, broken screen. Im not sure how the seller keeps getting away with this. Perhaps they have enough people who dont bother to return the item, that its worth it for them to keep recycling broken products. Do yourself a favor, dont take the gamble I did. Stay away from this product.

Received today and should have listened to the bad reviews. Hooked it up, tried to turn it on. Okay maybe the remote doesnt work. TV finally turns on to some setup screen. Suddenly gets stuck on an overscan screen. No response from the TV via the remote or the buttons on the TV. It wont turn off, or read signal from any of the devices I hooked up to it. Just a little square of static in the middle of the screen. Contacted Amazon to start my return and will be sending this crappy thing back. It looked really nice, no visible damages, but just doesnt work. Disappointing because it was going to replace my moms CRT TV.

The picture and sound quality is really great... when it works. I can turn it on and it will sometimes stay on for five minutes, sometimes 10 seconds, but then the TV will just shut itself off. And sometimes I can turn it back on, but most of the time I cant. I can see the power LED light dimming and brightening, so it sounds like an internal power issue. Ive checked online and it looks like a number of people have had this issue, so it sounds pretty common. You might roll the dice and get lucky with one that works, but personally Id spend the extra money and just get a Vizio. Theyre fairly priced and havent had any issues with one yet.

I purchased 5 of these for our building as digital signs, and unfortunately they sat in the warehouse for 6 months before we could install them. When we did, we discovered that they DO NOT receive digital QAM signals from our digital modulator. All other TVs that I have worked with do, as this is the way most cable channels transmit their digital in the clear channels. You get what you pay for...

We purchased 7 of these for a rental property. Of the 7, 2 seem to work fine, One does not start, one screen is cracked, one has a line in the low corner, and the other two have color issues turns on blue and one mostly red. Needless to say I would not recommend these "refurbs".

I bought this refurbished TV based solely on a price. I was looking for a 32" for my office and didnt need anything fancy. After connecting everything the remote control sensor on the TV was broken and would not receive signals from the remote. One of the two HDMI inputs did not work. On the bright side of this purchase; Amazon issued full credit to me and return authorization to send it back at no cost to me. buying any product that has been refurbished is taking a risk. No hard feelings from this customer. Amazon treated me fairly. I ended up buying an RCA 32" brand-new for the same price.
