For the cost, I believe that is a very good projector. Good for occasional movie watching with friends and family and get togethers. However for better experience I would suggest using a separate speakers. If you want a good projector for cheap price, you can go with this one.

I give this projector 5 stars for best performance in nice quality picture and gaming power the DBPOWER play super well also I love the design also it’s fit well on my floor Projector tripod if you don’t like the picture quality out the box you can fix that problem by using the picture menu and custom your picture quality just for you also you can go sound menu and choose your audio sound quality like Truesurround sound or Surround the small speaker in your projector is ok but it’s amazing to use your 5.1 or your speaker bar for the best quality sounds.The best money win of this Projector is the lifespan of the light in this Projector (50,000 Hours or more it’s depends how you use it for $59.99) here’s the picture quality of my new DBPOWER Projector experience photos

I was very worried about this purchases however I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this projector! It was perfect for what I had in mind and included a VGA adapter and had a lot of ports. Great buy perfect price.

Just received and fired up the projector. Unfortunately it wouldnt stay on for more than 30-seconds or so. It was playing videos with sound, but the projector itself wasnt working. I guess we received a dud unit. Returning to Amazon. Update 8/28/2018 DB Power customer service responded promptly to the defective unit. We returned it to Amazon and DB Power sent out a replacement unit free of charge. Just tested the replacement and it works just fine. Upgraded rating to reflect excellent customer service

This is a great small projector. I’m able to use with my Firestick to stream movies. The only downside, would be that during the day it’s hard to see the picture no matter how dark you’ve tried to make the room. Other than that, great, inexpensive projector for things like movie night.

When I received my DBPOWER Mini Portable Video Projector and had gotten it out of its box and plugged it in, I picked up the directions expecting it to explain to me how it runs, how it can connect to a laptop, etc. I found the instructions and even the pictures to be very limited. Update: 8/14/2018 After further use of my projector, I have discovered operating it is quite intuitive and easy to do. So, the written instructions that come with the device are not that important.

If youre looking for your first projector or just something inexpensive, this is a great option. Its not insanely bright but in the dark it has great picture. I have mine setup around 80" and thats probably as far as I would go to keep the integrity of the picture. Its great for animated movies especially, football definitely looks better in person than in the photo, and video games look sharp. There are quite a few settings for picture mode so you could adjust it to your preference. I would personally say go for it!

I was so disappointed that a 4 star 3,000+ reviewed product didnt work after one use. Dbpower reached out to me after my review I posted and offered to ship me another one, informing me that maybe it was in the factory for a while before it shipped. Im so glad they did send me another one because it works just as I was expecting. I was able to watch Ready Player One on it and it looked absolutely effing amazing. Thank you guys for getting back in touch with me if you didnt then other people may not have bought this but I say buy it and if you have problems call them and let them know and theyll work with you. Sometimes stuff like that just happens with products like this. Thank you thank you thank you. Anyways, this projector is really cool. I was able to watch a movie on it in quality that was very near close to 1080p. text doesnt show up the best unless youre showing like a large PowerPoint with maybe size 32 or higher font. I tried watching a YouTube video for unreal development tutorial using that kind of interface I could not read the text very well. but movies,PowerPoint, anything that has like thats just mainly graphical looks very good. if youre trying to use this for text it its not very sharp. I had this on all day and its been flawless. I did close the blinds to allow some of the sunlight to not distract the visuals. And at night I feel like I was looking at an actual 54 inch which is pretty cool when it only cost $70.

We got this for a backup to a 500 Lumen travel projector thinking it would be nice to have a 1200 Lumen portable. Instead it was only 1/5 as bright! Very dark. Id speak to the quality of the image but we could barely see it.

I liked the size of it and how big the image ended up turning out! My roommates and I bought it for our dorm and bought an XL Twin sheet to display it on and it displayed perfectly onto the [horizontal] sheet.
