Sometimes seeing a great deal and jumping on it is not always a good thing to do. I would recommend paying a little bit more and getting a better projector. My issue with this projector was that the picture quality even while on a projector screen is still blurry. I had only watched one movie on it and decided to return it.

First time I used it for about 2 hours playing playstation4 it worked great! 2nd tint using it today and theres a dark spot on the left center of the screen. This thing worked awesome the first time so I gave it 2 stars. Hope this can be fixed.

i have a portable nebula projector that is 840X450 in resolution. I was looking for a projector with 720Px better resolution so i decided to try the VANKYO Leisure 510 Full HD Projector. The image is bad. I tried to focus it and when i did half of the screen would be blurry and when i tried to fix that side would be clear but the blurry now was on the other side of the screen. So no matter how i tried to focus it half of the side would be blurry. I cant work with half of the image being blurry, was really disappointed so i just decided to return this. The nebula portable projector is 100 times better than this big projector. I highly dont recommend the VANKYO Leisure 510 Full HD Projector .

Had it about 3 weeks and used only a few times, already stopped working, cant turn it on after a few flashes. Cant even have a chance to add a picture. Weird the manual says 30000hours life but they advised it 50000hours, thats almost half of what they promised. I get the projector for holiday family gathering, bad choice. Purchased it based on the reviews, now know too many positive reviews daily may not be good. Lessons learned. Will return.

Original rating below... still applies but wasnt a review of actual product... After using the projector for a few days I really like it. It seems bright but unfortunately not bright enough for a day time movie in the backyard. I like that it looks nice and put together well. The sound is also as good as a decent tv... however if you have the option to use external speakers I would use them. I havent had a chance to test out if there is much lag while playing games but I dont notice to much motion blur so I dont believe it will be a problem Original :......... I personally dont like to be lied to and I feel I have been with his projector it seems fairly decent but I noticed in the booklet it says the LED light lifetime is 30000 hours compared to 50,000 on what they say here It also says in the book that the contrast is 1000 to 1 but here they advertise 3000 to 1 big difference...

You will find better projectors but not at this price point. The Leisure 510 comes with a bright, clear image and excellent resolution. Sound output is fair for general use though anyone using this for movies and gaming may wish to have another option on hand. The unit comes with a durable bag for easy transport and has enough inputs for multiple users to queue up presentations or movies. Though not rated by the manufacturer for business presentations, I had more than adequate results to add it to my kit for an academic conference. This unit is perfect for family game nights, movies outdoors or while camping, and light-duty projection. The performance and convenience was comparable to units I found for sale for 1.5-2x the price. We plan to use it indoor and out, though do *not* consider it water resistant. The unit makes little noise and can be run off anything that gives you house current, such as an adapter from your automobile or an extension cord. I would go a bit bigger for an academic/business fixed presentation room, but for all other purposes, this little guy more than gets it done.

This is a good projector for the price I’ve returned it because it has a few issues if you have a fix screen it will be very hard to line the project up perfectly to sound quality is very good the picture quality is good at night time this project or does not do well with ambient light this projector does not have many features as far setting up the screen I return this particular projector and went withepson 1060 is great the extra 300 was wel worth it

This review is for the Vankyo Leisure 510 new led movie projector. It arrived a couple of days ago and being unfamiliar with projectors and not having a large space or screen to set it up with I wasn’t expecting success. I was pleasantly surprised when despite my wrinkled sheet, cramped quarters and uneven surfaces the 510 produced a pleasant viewing and listening experience. I utilized the excellent reviews and resources available on this site both to help me choose this projector and when setting it up. There are many projectors out there which makes it difficult to choose however this one received consistently high ratings on amazon which I found reassuring. I would however advise handling the remote control gently when installing the AAA batteries that you’ll need to pick up otherwise everything you’ll need is provided ie bag, audio and hdmi adapter/cable.

I bought this for a living room where I wanted 100+ inch screen on a budget. It did a trick just right and I really was blown away by the sound in this thing. It really wasnt something I looked at closely when I was looking at the specs but it has surround sound if you want to enable it and it can get loud enough that it is deafening in my living room. I was originally planning on getting a high end surround speaker setup or possibly in ceiling speakers but this is so loud I dont need to. This runs really cool compared to other projectors I have installed (at my job) and requires no cool down period. As soon as you turn it off the unit and fan turn off. It is really bright (3600 lux) for a projector in this price range(sub $200) and is native 720 but can support 1080 which is all I wanted anyway. It is bright enough to see in full daylight but during the day I still prefer to close the blinds so it is much brighter in the room. At night there isnt any issue as long as no lights are on in the room. Otherwise its pretty much the same as when there is daylight with the blinds open. The image is lightened but certainly not un view able. You can ceiling mount it as well and it can do the inverted image to support being upside down. I used the universal mount on amazon (https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Universal-Adjustable-Projection-MOUNT-VP01W/dp/B01013QA86/ref=sr_1_3_acs_ac_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1543874215&sr=8-3-acs&keywords=projector+ceiling+mount)and it was fine. Other than I had to slightly cut away some of the plastic on the feet so the screws could make it to the threads (the correct size bolt in the universal kit was really short) For what I wanted I got exactly what I wanted plus a great set of speakers I wasnt expecting. Been happy with this so far and would repeat the purchase as long as it lasts a reasonable amount of time.

I originally left a review about a loose fitting power cord. The company contacted me to fix it by sending me two correctly fitting cords. Very good of them! This is a great projector. Very quiet, light, bright, and easy to use.
