Love this little projector. It is so small. Very easy to set up. Come with a nice light weight little tripod. Take a little time to figure out all the wires. I was able to set it up with my computer quickly and start streaming video through Netflix. The resolution is good enough to watch a movie....or our favorite British baking show. We do need to close the blind of the room to view it. But it doesnt have to be completely dark. We were able to project it to as big is the entire wall of the room. And it is easy to adjust to focus. The sound is on the soft side. But thats to be expected for a projector at this size, and it can be easily fixed by using a speaker. The battery allow you to use it even when power is not available. I didnt test how long the battery will last. But for a quick short film, there is not problem at all. Unfortunately I am not able to connect it with my phone. I have a Galaxy s7. Just got a Roku stick, going to test it out before I report back.

I love this little projector. Admittedly, I bought it for movies for my iphone, but have yet to use it for that. If I had read the other reviews, I would have known that I needed a separate adapter (pictured below) First of all, this thing is small. Like SUPER tiny. (below is a comparison photo next to a quarter to give you an idea of how small this powerful little box is.) And... it is amazing how good the out put really is. No matter where I am projecting, it does a great job under both dark and fairly indirect light. This helps make a great extended work area at home when I am dedicated to certain projects or working for extended periods of time. It does a fantastic job even projecting on uneven surfaces (below is a photo in my living room, under fairly bright indirect light, projecting the RIF6 support website on a textured wall as a pretty good bad case scenario). Getting this little gadget hooked up for the first time, may prove to test your patience. There are 4 cables included and most likely you will only need one of them that came with the projector. As I mentioned above, the iphone hookups will require a separate adapter (pictured below). The easiest out of the box cable to use is the one that is HDMI to mini HDMI. It will plug directly into your computer and the projector will instantly recognize it. The other cables, thanks to the RIF6 manufacturing teams ARE clearly labeled on each to identify WHERE each end plugs in and it is a big help if you dont quite know what you are doing or are getting confused. The tripod, although I barely use, it very flexible and easy to install, just remember to attach the included silver bracket first. Loosen the tension knob, slide in the cube and re-tighten. After that, the tripod itself simply screws on to the bracket. The legs bend very easily and you can position it anywhere on the go. This adapter is helpful in my office when conference rooms are booked and I need to project higher than my working surface and display PowerPoint and other presentation materials to small groups. The battery does hold steady around 90 minutes (or more) as advertised, but you can also power the cube while you project so that it is not a worry. The remote, although nice to have included hasnt really offered my any conveniences except to switch devices and/or power off the unit remotely. All in all, I love this tiny little gadget and I am not limited to WHERE I or my husband can present, project and expand our work space. I am not disappointed and I would highly recommend. If you have any questions about the project, let me know! Im happy to help answer them if I can.

I was actually a bit disappointed with this, especially for the price. I knew it didnt come with Bluetooth or Miracast but now that Ive used it by the time Ive hooked in all the cords it looks like a Scrappy limbed spider. A cord for the speakers (because the cubes are literally trash), a cord for the power (battery life is not great), a cord for mhl that splits if its going to mobile. Plus be careful if you plan to use this with your phone. You need to double check and SEE IF YOUR PHONE SUPPORTS MHL, otherwise youll need a Chromecast or similar wireless adapter to use it. Also, that the projection angle doesnt auto-adjust and to make it parallel to your surface means youre spending a lot of time getting a flat (not skewed) image. Its kind of loud while its running too. No silent slide shows. I also hate needing a remote but thats just me. One more thing to loose. What I do love is the brightness. Its amazingly bright for 50 lumens and will totally work in a dim to dark space. The colors do seem off unfortunately. Its super light and small, perfectly portable. The tripod is sturdy and very useful. All in all Im going to keep searching for a similarly priced mini projector and hopefully return this for something more compatible with my devices and with less set-up required.

I will admit I was a suuuper skeptical at first when I heard there was a 2 inch cube that could give me a 120 inch picture. I bought a projector last year for $700 and love it so I figured there was NO WAY this could even get remotely close to the picture size of something 10 times the size....GLAD I DIDNT BET AGAINST THE RIF6 First let me keep it 100 the sound on the cube is very low. Its a MUST to attach speakers trying to watch a movie with the internal ones is pointless. It does have a headphone slot but nobody wants to remain in one spot with thier head so def get the speakers There is also a bit of a buzzing noise thats a bit more noticeable only due to the low sound but I wanted to get that out the way before I start raving-lol FOR WHAT IT DOES THIS CUBE IS AWESOME!!!! You get soooo much in the packages. Multiple cables. A full remote, tripod and duel slot USB wall charger. So the package is stuffed with goodies This picture looks great on a wall or a ceiling. The further you are the bigger the picture and the benefit of it not being HD is that you dont lose a lot of quality as the picture is bigger. Ive been watching about a 60inch picture which again IS COMING FROM A 2 INCH CUBE!!!! I own an iphone and didnt want to spend another $50 on an adapter so I just loaded some movies in a micro SD and WALLA!!! This thing plays like literally every file size you might have MP4, FLV, AVI that in itself puts this leaps about most economy projectors. Im going on a vacation in a week and will be bringing this with me to test it out on the beach in Mexico-lol. Great value for the price. If the price drops Id def pick another one up as a gift

This product is amazing. I use a projector (BenQ MS502) as my main entertainment since I dont have a TV, I was looking for something portable that I could use anywhere. This little device from the moment you see the package is incredible. The packing is meant to mimic the look of the device. You get the device, a remote control, tripod, some literature and all the cables you need. The cables are labeled to where they need to go so its super easy to use. You get HDMI, mini HDMI, and MHL. The cables provided allow you to connect your micoUSB device and change simultaneously. Once you turn it on the quality is clear. The menus are easy to navegate and the remote comes with batteries included. Aside from projecting using your device, the cube allows you to use an SD card to project anything from movies photos, text or even listed to the music from the SD card. The device holds a charge which makes it extremely versatile. It can be taken in a camping trip, at work to project presentations, you named it. I projected it to different places and check out the quality of the video. The quality of the video is insane, I tried it on the special screen I project my regular projector and it was superb, it even looks incredible on a regular white wall. I could not be happier with the device. Definitely recommends 100%

For such a tiny little thing, it projects a great picture. Very wide angle allows for a large screen at a relatively short distance. It comes with lots of cables so the likely hood of being able to hook it up and start using it right out of the box is great. Extremely portable! I place everything in the box including Roku I hook up to it with direct WIFI and I have a complete entertainment center in a single small box…. very cool! The kids really loved watching Moana on it and kept saying, “It’s just like the movies Daddy!”. Some cons would be the battery life. It’s nice it has a battery, which most projectors don’t but its only 90 minutes of life and most movies are longer. Nice feature but could be more useful. I love the fact it has a tripod with it but it would be nice if the legs were extendable as well. Adjusting the height of the unit would be a great additional feature to this. The tripod has legs that can wrap around objects so you could wrap it around something that is higher but I’ve found I never have a pole around that fills the role. I would recommend this projector, it’s a very good little unit.

After unpacking immediately noticed sleek design as well as careful, proper packaging and detailed user manual (there are also video tutorials if you need them). In the silver box (shaped and designed to look like the projector itself) youll find: projector cube, remote control, mini tripod with clip mount, wall charger and 4 different cables (HDMI, USB and MHL for Android and Samsung devises). If you are an apple user as I am, youll need an HDMI adapter. Once I charged my new projector (red light turns blue when device is full of juice), it took me a minute to mount the cube to the tripod, power, connect and start watching videos. And I couldnt stop. Its a whole different amazing experience to watch something in the dark with a projector light beaming images to the wall. Imagine having your own portable movie theater you can take anywhere and watch movies, videos, look at photos or scroll through your Facebook or Instagram feed, or what have you. The cube is tiny: 2x2 inch and very lightweight, therefore very portable. You can watch movies in your bed beaming it to the ceiling…that’s pretty cool! For more of a surround sound experience there’s a headphone outlet on the side of the projector and the bluetooth option. I tried my headphones and external speakers, it sounded great. Haven’t tried bluetooth yet. The Cube would make an awesome present and possibilities here are endless. For example, you can view a document and use a remote control to switch pages. I am planning to use The Cube in my office for client presentations and will take it to my friend’s rooftop for a movie watching night hangout. To add a few things: the software of the projector is upgradable; the cube can be connected to any device as long as there’s an adapter (if needed); you can get an insurance for a peace of mind; adjustable focus (focus wheel on the side of a cube), there’s also a Micro SD slot on a side of the projector (I was able to watch my GoPro videos that I made earlier that day right from SD card). The device is easy to navigate, practical and fun to use. Will be buying more for wedding and Christmas gifts.

This projector did not quite perform as expected. It is small and compact but just is not bright enough to be practical. The software interface is clunky and is not all that seamless with Windows 7. After hibernate or sleep the interface has trouble reconnting with control function. When running Power Point the text size has limitations and projects text distortion. This is a function of distance away from projected surface, initial text size and brightness. Over all this projector is not worth the money and complicated effort to use it. Thumbs down.

At this price, NOT A THING I would change. As close to Perfect as youll find without paying triple the cost. Short: I LOVE this projector! Not the brightest, but brighter than advertised (or expected). Not bright enough for you? Go out & have fun! Come back & watch a movie when its dark... Not the highest-res, but better quality than advertised. Love the internal battery pack, tiny size, metal body, great optics, input cord for any use! See "hotel lifehack" below... Long: I stay in LOTS of hotels - often with my GF & our 3 kids. Unfortunately, the RIF6 has spoiled our kids rotten, rotten and now they MUST have "movie night" every time we travel. Hotel TV systems are total scams, with movies up to $25 for a 1-night rental! The RIF6 is the ultimate "Hotel Lifehack". I pack it in a tiny corner of my camera gear, and with 5 minutes setup, we have access to everything we watch at home! It even includes every adapter & cable imaginable. Nothing extra to buy, no matter what you stream from! NetFlix, Hulu Plus, Amazon Prime Movies, YouTube Red - if itll run on your phone - the RIF6 will project it - beautifully! Because the RIF6 works with SO many platforms & formats, I can run it from my Galaxy S6 Active. That frees me up up my laptop for the work I (should) be doing - if I dont get sucked into a movie with the kids!

I am really pleased with the RIF6 CUBE Pico Projector, though it comes with some quirks. The quality of the device is great. The battery lasts as advertised, and the accessories are well thought out. I will say the remote feels a little bit inexpensive, but we have not had any issues with performance. We also had to pay $50 for the Apple lightning to HDMI cable. With the cable, my iPhone 7 connects great - just dont try and use protected content (such as Netflix). I love to use it display family videos and photos that were taken on my phone. At first we had a bit of trouble getting SDCards to work. We thought the issue may have been our 32 gig card being too large. My husband contacted support, and they were wonderful.. They told him that the M4V video format is not supported, however MP4 is. It was very easy to convert the files. The videos come through clear and there is an easy adjustment wheel on the cube. I think 120" is a bit of a stretch for the display, but I really have no complaints. I would say this should be considered for personal, and not professional use. The ease of portability and fun factor really make this purchase something I would recommend to friends and family.
