Works OK. Bright and able to project big screen at very short distance, but fan noise is unbearable especially in Bright mode (I need to turn this on to use in a bright room). Also unable to get a straight line at the top edge of the screen. Im returning mainly due to fan noise issue.

The projector is everything advertised. Great picture quality on smooth wall or suggested screen and 3D glasses. User friendly setup and the remote is backlit for night use. For those wanting a clean decor, this GT5600s small footprint is perfect. Unlike the hassle of wall mount TVs, put this low profile projector on a low media stand or coffee/console table is all thats needed. Since Ive cut the cord, only my Nvidia Shield TV, PC and network is connected. My greatroom is all the better for it. The next one is for the master suite. My only regret is not getting it sooner.

GT5600-This is quite an upgrade from my lg pf1000u. Picture is much brighter. Screen adjustment is easier but the settings are somewhat difficult to understand at first. It is bigger and slightly louder due to the transformer inside the unit. Not a huge issue for me. Haven’t hooked it up to a gaming console yet but hoping to test that out soon.

The picture quality on this projector is beautiful! You can see even in the photo without my screen up, it still looks great. There are so many settings to choose from, and even if the daylight this projector PERFORMS! The speaker in it is worthless, and the fan is loud... but it’s easy to ignore and honestly for a budget short throw projector, this is is awesome. Well worth the money - I’m obsessed with it! Unfortunately the wall I have available can only handle a 92” screen, this bad boy can go up to 120” I believe!

I actually return the first one due to the fan was so laud and there is a high frequency pitch noise when you start it up, the casting function is basically useless, I use chrome cast or other devise anyway, but other than that it was a wonderful machine, bright and sharp. not need to use many professional tech turns to describe it, or you can find many on YouTube. for a family use its more than you needed for. So I give it 2nd try.

Ive had this projector now for almost 3 months and use it on regular basis both for video and gaming through Playstation 4. Picture quality vise this projector is great and a goof value. The noise level dos not bother me during use. I only notice it during startup and shut down when the fan goes on high. The only problem I had with it is mostly relating to the sound output. The build in speakers (as with most projectors) is not something you normally want to use, and the only sound output it has is a 3.5mm jack connector. No HDMI ARC or other fancy stuff. So for instance if you want to connect something like a Sonos bar (which need either a HDMI ARC or optical connector) you need to get a converter box in between to change the signal. So be sure your sound system will work with it.

Just got it today. Was up and running within 10 minutes. It looks great on the wall, but I have a screen on the way and Im sure it will look even better on that. I was planning on buying a 70" TV, but Im so glad I went with this projector.

Ive had this for almost 7 months and really love it. Vaulted ceilings and the layout of my living room make mounting and wiring up a conventional projector way more trouble than its worth. Ultra short throw means I have a 100 inch screen with the projector only like a foot from the wall. Its awesome. Whats not awesome is that the stock bulb has already failed after less than 700 hours. Thats unacceptable considering its only ever been on eco mode and its supposed to last 6000. Now I have to buy a new one for $150 and hope it lasts a lot longer.
