I bought this projector for a specific event that was a couple weeks away. When it arrived, I set it up and used it 2 or 3 times and on the 4th time, it did not work. I called Epson technical support and warranty and they told me it was a bad lamp. This was really disappointing since it had about 5 hours on it total. I accepted their explanation and was told I would receive a replacement lamp within 2 weeks. So my event came and went and I had no projector. It was more than a month later and I still had not received it. I again called Epson customer service and was told it would be another two weeks since there is a "supply issue" with the lamp. So I waited another 2 weeks (6 weeks total) and it still has not arrived. I had to cancel 3 other events and gatherings. I AGAIN called Epson and I asked them to explain. They again offered that it was a "supply issue" that put the lamp on backorder. At that time, I asked Epson if they were currently selling this model and they said yes. I then requested a replacement and was told "thats not possible". I continued to plead my case, but the "customer relations" lady at Epson was completely unsympathetic and condescending. I left this review on the Epson product page for this projector and it only lasted one day before they took it down. Sneaky move Epson.

Great image. Quiet enough to use anywhere. Great product overall. I only have two issues which I solved fairly easy, quick and cheap: no audio outlet and only one HDMI input. The audio thing is a major deal breaker for me because uisng the integrated speaker is just not an option for me. I use a Chromecast so I cant pull audio from it to use on a separate speaker. Also only having one HDMI input. I really hate having to re arrange the projector every time I switch from Chromecast to PC. But.... I found an amazing fix for this: HDMI audio splitter adapter. Based on customer reviews and product marketing material, I really thought this was going to be a good purchase. I know I did not spend a ton of money on this projector but the picture quality is very subpar and after spending an hour or so working through all of the settings I still could not get the quality HD picture. Unfortunately, Ill be returning this product and trying another brand. Hope others reading this have a better experience than I did.

Honestly, Ive never owned a projector, I have no experience with projectors, nor know the difference between projectors. I purchased this projector to project my business logo at my office. As a novice owner, Im pleased with its performance and how easy it was to adjust the image for proper wall placement. this projector is compatible with most ceiling mounts (I assume since I bought a random mount and it worked perfectly.) It has USB-A (flash drive), USB-B, Audio/Video (Red, Yellow, White), Computer Monitor Connect and HDMI. Overall I find this projector to be a great buy for the price and would recommend to anyone.

The picture is good, even with light in the room. Its not a top of the line model so I wasnt expecting a ton, but I was a bit disappointed that it has black bars anytime youre outputting anything 16:9 (it probably says this and I just missed it). Still, its great for the price for outdoor movies with my wife, or games if youre not too fussy about the resolution. The built in sound is usable, but not good. If you need it loud for a group of people it will distort and crackle.

Perfect! I use this model for work meetings however I was in the market for one for my home theater. I tried several other make and models that were less expensive but when it comes to projectors, you get what you pay for. This Epson projector has a crystal clear picture even at the maximum size of 200". I use this just on a plain white wall and the picture is clear even with all the lights on and the windows open. Its easy to set up and use and even the sound is great. I hooked this up with my surround sound system and its just like going to the movies but in the comfort of my bedroom.

Use for outdoor movie/game night with inflatable screen and it’s awesome. Get WiFi from home and connect my Apple TV or use hdmi splitter and sometimes directly from cable box and run a 30 foot hdmi to projector. Big hit on vacation and Stanley cup party.

really really like it. I cant tell the difference in terms of quality vs some of the cheaper models but i do notice that I can turn a movie on while its still early (not dark) and it works!!
