This is excellent. I purchased a cheap LED projector without measuring my wall and that projector fired up to 130" without blurring the image, but being LED one, its not really bright. I realized my wall is much bigger than that, so wanted to purchase one more projector with conventional lamp under $500. After reviewing several, I narrowed down to this, as it has a setting to adjust picture per wall color. My wall is not white but pinkish. This is throwing up image to completely fill my wall under 16:9 format with great picture quality, resolution and brightness. I use eco mode but still its bright enough to show movies clearly. Approximately 200 inches size image gives me a complete satisfaction of a private movie theater, supported by Yamaha 5.1 receiver and speakers. Im pleased with my purchase. One thing to keep in mind, fan does give hot air. Fan is quiet though. You dont hear it unless room is absolutely quiet. Even with l1 bulb of 60watts, the picture is bright enough.

The video is awesome. The ability to to zoom and focus makes this a great projector as you can place it just about anywhere. The speakers it comes with are pretty pathetic, but truth be told, the ability to have a 100"+ you would want to add a better sound system anyhow. The light output is plenty for a room with some ambient light as well as some room lighting. The picture is best with the room as dark as possible though. Picture brightness can be adjusted through the projector settings to achieve a picture quality suited to your environment.

Wow! Incredible quality for the price. So stoked with this purchase. Did about 4 hours of online research and found this to be perfect for our needs. Got it and had our family movie night in the backyard for two back-to-back evening parties - it performed really well on our blow up screen just after dusk - in So Cal so there are still lots of city lights, but the projector quality and image was excellent even outdoors at night.

My first impressions of this thing were awesome. I ordered the Benq Mw526ae model (refurbished) which is rated at 3300 lumens and it is very bright. I threw in a couple of pictures comparing it to my $100 budget Db power t20 projector. Obviously it blew that one out of the water in terms of brightness and Image quality. Zoom function worked well although it sounded like there was some dirt in there. Focus was great and easy to do. Maintained a sharp focus across the whole image. Unfortunately I will have to return this projector because it didnt want to work very well with my computers. I have a chromebook that I usually stream from and when I tried to stream from that the video was very very choppy. Juddering and it looked like I was watching it in 5 or 6 FPS. So I switched over to my expensive MSI gaming laptop and it handled it a lot better with fewer judders but they were still there. It actually was driving me a bit insane because it was something I couldnt un-notice. My roommates computer handled it great though and playback was pretty smooth. I understand this juddering can happen because most cinematic video is shot in 24 fps or at least thats what we receive it as. So the refresh rate of a laptop can cause the projector to judder because it is at a much higher refresh rate than the footage it is sending to the projector. Some say you can fix this by changing your 60 Hertz refresh rate to something with a multiple of 24, but my laptop was not able to do so. You could also probably get around this issue if you used an amazon fire stick or roku to stream from but I do not own either of them. The last thing that is making me return it is the fact that the throw isnt quite short enough for what I want. I thought about buying an Amazon fire stick but I figured for the price I might be able to return this one and get a deal on a refurbished short throw projector instead because I will probably be in tight spaces for the next few years. BOTTOM LINE, Buy this projector if you -Have 11ft to get a 100" image -streaming stick of some type or dvd player -a sound system to hook it up to -or want to just use it for presentations. (Works great, and obviously thats what its designed for)

Not knowing much about this product/brand, purchased based on other reviews. So far been using it every Saturday for a month and am super pleased. I previously owned 2 other brands. This was super easy to set up, and I even used it in the late afternoon in the garage, and the picture was so clear! and the colors! just like the TV! Very glad I purchased this . its super light weight, doesnt get really hot and even has a remote that came with it! definitely a 5star for me! UPDATED: Still 100% happy with this projector 6 months later!

Good quality item, arrived on-time and fully operational. Have only used it a couple of times, but the unit is easy to set up and use. Suggest downloading the User Manual. I had several text documents that were typed single spaced and digitized for the presentation. You could read them OK, but it was a bit fuzzy. If I had to do it all over again, I would have opted for the higher definition optics in the next higher level projector. Had I more time to prepare for the presentation, another option would have been to edit (re-type) the documents. I believe that would have helped in my situation, too.

Really great projector for the price, 1280 by 800 resolution is great for even HD movies or video games. Usable picture even in a fully lit room and very bright when in a dark room. The only thing I dont really like is the digital keystone correction but that can be fixed easily by repositioning the projector so that its not needed.

owned this for about 6 months now. at first i purchased a mini LCD projector for $120, thinking that it would suffice. i was definitely wrong, and decided to invest a little extra in this one. no complaints! for it’s been perfect for my apartment that i’d just moved into, especially since i was not about to drop hundreds more on a new tv. quality is flawless. no issues so far. first photo shows the quality with the blinds wide open. second is in complete darkness.

The only negative thing about this comes on my end and thats the fact that in my apartment i cant get the 300 inch screen that id like. The most i can get about 130 inch. Aside from that. This projector is excellent. Black panther looks great on it; now just waiting to watch Infinity war on it.
