Wife was so excited to open this presant. Looks great and sounds great only problem is the cd door was broken when we opened it and the records skip. THe albums we are playing are the new ones we bought from you. The CD door one of the pins is broke off.
Par Sub Product and Poor Support
This is just a toy record player, IMO. I’m having issues with the cue level. The support team told me this model doesn’t have one! They need to be familiar with their products, VTA-200B, specifically. After turning “Screw B” clockwise, the turntable still slides around inside the unit. Too much movement. Returning to Kohl’s Department store.

Victorian Bluetooth stereo
For as much money that it was, I would've expected a lot better. The sound quality is awful whether you're listening to the radio,a CD, or the turntable. I don't know if it's the speakers or the connected wire ( antenna) supposed to give you a better connection it doesn't. So I am not happy. I also thought it came with a clicker but apparently that's a different one had I known I wouldn't have got this I would have waited and got the better one if it would even be better I would imagine it would probably be the same.

The initial unit cassette wasn’t working, but Victrola support came through with a new unit and it’s fantastic! Sound is clear from the speakers, cassette, records, Bluetooth, and radio are all solid. The cabinet looks really nice, old style with the new features. Very happy!
