Poor quality
Pyle power is not no high quality made it is cheap made and does not last long at all. I have had one of these in a 12in sub and didn't last not even 3 months and that was on a low watt amp and not even listened to it loud at all. They need to make this more durable, very poor quality..
Purchased two PLPW12D to replace two blown high end Apline 12s and I can't tell the difference. I'm thankful I decided to save money and give the pyle speakers a try. Very impressed

Husband used this product for downstairs speaker system. The sound is good and he said the installation was easy enough. The price point for this product was pretty good, but have not had the product long enough to test durability. Overall pretty happy with product and thankful for a tech savvy husband.

On a budget bestchoice
I recently installed the Pyle PLW12D subwoofer in my car I'm impressed with its performance. The bass is deep and powerful, for the price, you really can't beat it. The build quality seems solid, and installation was seemless. However, I've noticed that it may struggle a bit with really low freq. compared to higher-end models
Great Value
This subwoofer sounds excellent. It's dual voice coil makes a difference when playing bass. It's made very durable and honestly it's a good buy for the what it costs.
Will get you by
This is a very budget subwoofer, if you need a little bit of bass for really cheap this is definitely for you. Power rating are way off, I wouldn’t give this thing more than 400 watts of clean power because I feel like it’ll just bottom out and eventually blow. Nice that it’s dvc but if you are looking for a quality sub I don’t think this is it
