The doorbell was very easy to install and get configured into the ring app. The slimmer profile of this model allows it to fit door framing better than previous models with less chance of snagging clothes or bags on the over hanging doorbell and frame.

Best idea for peace of mind!
This Ring wired doorbell has been a great addition to my front door. The video quality is clear day and night and I get alerts quickly when someone walks up. I really like being able to see and talk to visitors right from my phone even when I am not home. Setup was pretty simple as long as you already have doorbell wiring. It feels reliable and gives some extra peace of mind without being complicated. Overall it does exactly what I need and feels like a solid value for the price.

Clear ring !
This wired doorbell plus ring replaced an older version of the ring . It was very easy to install I had my husband install. Video is very clear and the sound also I can hear the rain drops ! Resonds seems good my old one lagged ! Coverage area is good ! Connect easily to my WiFi !

Clear sounds and camera
I finally have a ring doorbell. I just set it up and so far so good. This is the wired 2nd gen doorbell, and the installation wasn’t that difficult since we just replaced an old doorbell. For me, the size of the doorbell is just perfect, not too big or small. Im still testing out the app, but it hasn’t been hard to manage. The ring doorbell responds quick. The camera looks so clear and our voices are heard clearly too. So thats a plus. I will be playing around with the app and testing out different subscriptions to see which one suits me more.

Excellent camera quality!
This doorbell was so super simple to install! It went in easily in place of the previously wired doorbell and took no time at all. It looks great and has excellent camera quality. This is a fantastic item and we are very pleased with its performance so far.

Great ???????? invention and deterrent
The ring wired doorbell is a great invention and deterrent of crime. We had the original ring which came out. It is hardwired and the best. I often look at it in the middle of the night to see what is going on in my neighborhood. You can set up the motion sensor for more or less coverage. When I was in the hospital for a month, it kept an eye on my house.

I love Ring
Easy to swap out from our other ring. Much bigger, but set up was easy and it functions well. Since having Ring, I wouldn’t ever go back to not. I think it provides a bit of a false sense of security, but I love solicitors coming and talking through it. It’s definitely changed the game for me there. If you don’t have Ring, why not?

It’s really nice, sleek, great camera quality, very cheap membership, and you get the peace of mind knowing you are protected and can see who was near or at your door before opening. Get every interaction on camera lens. Grabs every little noise, and the clear camera catches everything in case of an emergency.

A Huge Upgrade From the Ring I Started With
I’ve had the original Ring doorbell for many years, so I have a really good point of comparison. This version feels like a major upgrade the leading difference being how clear the video is. The picture quality is noticeably sharper and I can actually see faces and details without guessing. The motion alerts are also much smarter than my old one and feel more accurate instead of constant false notifications. I like being able to see what is happening in real time and talk through the app when needed. Low light viewing is much better than what I was used to before and nighttime footage looks clear and usable. I sell a lot of items online and do frequent porch pickups, so having this at the front door gives me a lot of peace of mind! I can see exactly when someone arrives and confirm pickups without opening the door. It makes the whole process feel safer and more controlled. I also appreciate how reliable the alerts are compared to my older device. Everything about this feels more modern and intentional. This upgrade has been well worth it and fits perfectly into how I actually use it day to day!

Picture is great
We have the 1st Gen and the quality of this one is way better. I like you can do Picture in Picture. My husband had no issues installing it. I do believe it is worth the cost. I would like to add Ring cameras too.
